Clinical Observation Of Xintongning Herbal Paste On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Carotid Artery Plaque Combined With Phlegm And Blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation Syndrome And Its Influence On VEGF And BFGF

Objective: 1.To observe the clinical curative effect of Xintongning Herbal Paste on coronary heart disease and carotid plaque;2.To explore the effect mechanism of Xintongning in the treatment of coronary heart disease and carotid by analysing Xintongning Herbal Paste intervention of VEGF and b FGF level.Methods:60 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease and carotid plaque were choosen from January 2016 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine Department of cardiovascular medicine outpatient and ward,it were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Xintongning Herbal Paste,the control group took aspirin and Atorvastatin Calcium Capsules,three months for a course of treatment.Clinical records of ECG before and after the treatment,the curative effect,TCM syndrome total score,Crouse score,IMT,VEGF and b FGF values,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.There were no significant difference on ECG therapeutic effect between two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);To compare the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the two groups treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome score(P < 0.05),and the treatment group superior to the control group(P < 0.05).2.the treatment of both groups can reduce IMT and Crouse score(P < 0.05),the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.the treatment of the two groups can inhibit the expression of VEGF and b FGF(P < 0.05),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)Conclusion:1.The results showed that the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease combined with carotid artery plaques with Tanyuhujieqiyu Syndrome in patients were significantly improved,and the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inhibition of VEGF and b FGF were better than those of the control group.2.The results showed that the C-IMT and Crouse scores of the carotid plaques could be reduced by the treatment of Xintongning Herbal Paste and the control group drugs,which indicated that the effect of Xintongning Herbal Paste can stable the plaques.3.The expression of Xintongning Herbal Paste can significantly inhibit VEGF and b FGF,indicating Xintongning Herbal Paste by inhibiting angiogenesis within the plaque,stabilize the plaque,which may be an important mechanism of Xintongning ointment in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid artery plaque,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.
