Objective: To explore the characteristics of coronary artery lesions and plaques in patients with phlegm stagnation syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease based on imaging technology, and to provide objective basis for guiding clinical treatment. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed the patients with coronary heart disease who had been examined by intracoronary ultrasound in our hospital. They were divided into Phlegm-Turbid block syndrome(18 cases),Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(17 cases)and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome(25 cases). The area of extravascular elastic membrane, minimum lumen area, reconstruction index, lipid pool area and plaque bias were measured and analyzed by IVUS technique. The differences of heart area, maximum plaque thickness, minimum plaque thickness, blood lipids,Creactive protein and serum nitric oxide were observed.Result: The area of elastic membrane and remodeling index of coronary artery in patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were larger than those of patients with Phlegm-Turbid block type and phlegmblood stasis type(P<0.05).The area of lipid pool and eccentricity index of coronary artery in patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were larger than those of patients with Phlegm-Turbid block type and phlegm-blood stasis type, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Statistical significance(P < 0.05);the serum C-reactive protein of patients with CHD of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type was larger than that of patients with Phlegm-Turbid block type and phlegm-blood stasis type, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the serum nitric oxide and triglyceride of patients with CHD of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were smaller than those of patients with Phlegm-Turbid block type and phlegm-blood stasis type, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). |
