Objective: To detect the gene amplification of FGFR1 gene in NSCLC and to study the relationship between FGFR1 gene amplification and the clinical characteristics of NSCLC patients, and to provide theoretical basis for targeted therapy of non-small cell. Methods: FGFR1 gene amplification was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH).The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software to understand the influencing factors and clinical features of FGFR1 gene amplification in 147 cases of non-small cell lung cancer.Results:(1)The growth rate of FGFR1 gene in lung squamous cell carcinoma was 15.9%,the rate of FGFR1 gene expression in lung adenocarcinoma was 5.4%,and FGFR1 gene was not found in other subtypes. The rate of FGFR1 gene expression in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and other non-small cell lung cancer(p = 0.026).(2)There was no significant difference in FGFR1 gene amplification between male and female patients. In terms of age and 65 years old, there was no significant difference in FGFR1 gene amplification between the two groups in different age groups. There was no significant difference in tumor size between the two groups. The difference of FGFR1 gene between the two groups was not statistically significant. In the TNM staging of the tumor, the FGFR1 gene was amplified between the two groups in stage ?-? and ? There was no significant difference in FGFR1 gene amplification between the two groups. In terms of smoking or not,the FGFR1 gene amplification in the smoking group was significantly higher than that in the control group Never had a smoking group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)FGFR1 gene amplification in NSCLC,lung squamous cell carcinoma patients FGFR1 gene amplification rate was significantly higher than lung adenocarcinoma and other non-small cell lung cancer patients.(2)The amplification of FGFR1 gene was not significantly related to gender, age, tumorsize,TNM stage and peripheral organ metastasis, but was related to the smoking status of patients.(3)FGFR1 gene amplification may be one of the targets in targeted therapy for patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma.
