With the continuous development of medical engineering technology,medical equipment,the whole life cycle management work more and more attention.Broadly speaking,the full life cycle of medical equipment,including from research and development to clinical trials until the hospital to receive,use,maintenance until the equipment scrapped.As a clinical medical engineer in the hospital,we are concerned about the equipment to the hospital after the installation from the commissioning to the daily operation of the management and then how to carry out the maintenance work.High-grade CT in most three or more hospitals has been more common application,but because of the introduction of hospital-related talent is lagging behind,for the entire life cycle of equipment management there is a big flaw.Engineering and technical personnel to understand the principle of equipment is not thorough,the problem can not be resolved in time,The existence of the installation of equipment in the hospital unqualified,calibration debugging process is not serious,the acceptance does not understand the specific acceptance of the contents of acceptance work carelessness can not strictly follow the standard acceptance,equipment maintenance personnel technical level can not meet the needs of equipment and so on.Resulting in equipment life shortened,frequent failure and thus affect the hospital’s social and economic benefits.At the same time,because the development of various national standards far behind the pace of development of equipment performance,relying solely on national standards for equipment acceptance has been unable to truly meet the requirements of acceptance equipment performance requirements.In order to prevent the above work in the above mentioned various problems,this paper mainly carried out the following aspects of the work:First of all,the development of energy spectrum CT start,introduce the basic mathematical principles of spectrum CT and hardware requirements.Secondly,in the preparation of equipment installation site,equipment installation process at the same time on the equipment involved in the location of the functional structure of the analysis to help understand the basic working principle of the device.Thirdly,through the enumeration and analysis of important data in the equipment acceptance calibration process,how to carry out the calibration and acceptance work of the equipment.Finally,under the premise of understanding the principle of equipment,introduce some common fault analysis,judgment and maintenance work,to achieve the purpose of learning.
