With the development of medical technology,prevention and control of diseases has entered a new stage,and prevention and treatment of viral and infectious diseases has become an important means through vaccine technology.For the public,the concept that vaccination can gradually prevent disease is continuously deepening,and the number and types of vaccination are increasing.For a long time,cervical cancer caused by HPV virus has harmed the health of thousands of women.After the successful development of HPV vaccine,a large number of clinical practices have proven that it can effectively prevent HPV virus infection.HPV vaccine has become an effective and feasible means to prevent cervical cancer.At the end of 2019,HPV vaccines have been included in national immunization plans in 92 countries around the world.HPV virus prevention process in China is relatively slow.At present,there are still low awareness rates,low vaccination rates,and low acceptance rates of HPV vaccines.An in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of HPV vaccine acceptance will greatly benefit China's public health development.In the past,the related research methods of the influencing factors of HPV vaccines mostly focused on descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test and logistic regression,and failed to establish the acceptance of HPV vaccine into a system for research.Compared with the existing research,this paper uses SEM model to study the relationship between observed variables and latent variables as a whole when exploring the influencing factors.In the aspect of scale design,the latent variables are constructed by combining the current status of HPV vaccine development and UTAUT model,and the latent variables are defined and separated in detail.The method of using SEM model can not only handle the measurement structure of the variables and the causal relationship between the variables,but also output the structural equation model diagram to clearly and intuitively understand the complex causal relationship between the elements and the influence of the influencing factors.This thesis combines SEM model with UTAUT to construct an HPV vaccine acceptance model;selects observed variables based on existing literature;designs a questionnaire based on observed variables and conducts pre-test surveys to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;to ensure that the questionnaire is reasonable to distribute and recycle after valid.Using the method of descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model,it is concluded that the awareness rate of HPV vaccine among female college students in Hubei Province is not high,and the HPV model is well adapted,and performance expectations,cognition levels,and social impacts have positive effects on the willingness to use Negative impact;risk perception and effort expectations have a negative impact on willingness to use;enabling conditions and willingness to use have a positive impact on use behavior.According to the influencing factors of HPV vaccine acceptance,strategies such as increasing public awareness,reducing public efforts expectations,enhancing positive social impact,and reducing public risk perception are proposed.
