Clinical Observation Of Xing Qi Zhi Tong Cream In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective : By Xing qi zhi tong cream and Jing shu granule on the comparative study of the treatment of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,to explore the curative effect of Xing qi zhi tong cream,provide theoretical basis and guidance for Chinese medicine treatment of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:This study from guangxi university of ruikang hospital were collected according to the diagnostic criteria of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,inclusion criteria of 70 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each group.The study cohort control method,the observation group used Chiropractic Manipulative and Xing qi zhi tong cream,the control group using Chiropractic Manipulative and Jing shu granule.Before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment using Tian Zhong jing long cervical spondylosis symptom score 20 points score,VAS score and EMG results to evaluate the curative effect,and calculate the rate of adverse reaction.All data using the SPSS17.0 statistical software for processing.Results:(1)The observation group 6 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 92.6%,control group 4 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 89.3%.Comparison between the two groups after treatment,no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of Tian Zhong jing long cervical spondylosis symptoms scale score was 20,the two groups before and after each treatment,were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups aftertreatment,there was statistical significance(P<0.05),(3)VAS scores of the two groups before and after each treatment,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)EMG comparison,the observation group after treatment was 63.6%,the control group of the F wave recovery rate was52.6%.Between the two groups after treatment,recovery rate comparison,was statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)Two groups of patients before and after treatment compared with the index of liver,renal function,liver after treatment between the two groups,compared with the index of renal function,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).(6)The observation group rate of adverse reactions was 15.6%,the control group adverse reaction rate 9.7%.two group adverse reaction rate comparison,no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Xing qi zhi tong cream and Jing shu granule were able to significantly improve the patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis symptoms,signs and neurological function.Xing qi zhi tong cream in the improvement of the symptoms and signs of superior cervical Shu particles.Xing qi zhi tong cream in the clinical curative effect and improve the nerve function with the same Jing shu granule.Xing qi zhi tong cream and Jing shu granule although after taking the occasional discomfort,but no damage to the liver and kidney,taking safety.
