A Clinical Study Qian Jin San Huang Soup Treatment Of Early Stage Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qian Jin San Huang Soup in the treatment of early stage knee osteoarthritis and interleukin-1 in knee joint fluid(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)levels affect the content,mechanism and clinical significance of evaluation of Qian Jin San Huang Soup in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: This study adopted a prospective randomized controlled study,from 2015.1 to 2016.3 with 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis included criteria(90 knees)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group oral Chinese medicine decoction Qian Jin San Huang Soup 28 d,a agent,service,control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules 28 d,200mg each time,two times a day.Through clinical observation of two patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,osteoarthritis index WOMAC score,two groups of patients before and after treatment VAS score observation,were selected from the two groups before and after treatment of knee joint synovial fluid by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method,detection of interleukin joint-1synovial fluid samples(IL-1 beta)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)levels in the content.Results: All 80 patients completed the whole course of treatment,no one fall off.Two groups of patients after the treatment of 28 d,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was 82.5%,control group 60%,two groups of comparison,was statistically significant(P < 0.05),theWOMAC Osteoarthritis Index scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment,VAS score level determination the knee joint fluid of IL-1beta and TNF-a,decreased significantly,there were significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The two groups in gender,age,course of disease,there was no significant difference between Kellgren-Lawrence grading index(P >0.05),Qian Jin San Huang Soup oral Chinese medicine group,the clinical effect is significant.The total score of WOMAC osteoarthritis index contrast between the two groups before and after treatment,levels of VAS and total knee joint fluid and detection of IL-1 beta TNF-a,were significantly decreased,and the treatment group is better than that of the Celecoxib Capsules group,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
