The Clinical Study On The Thearapitic Mechanics Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Zhuanggujianxi

Objectives: The clinic effects and thearapitic mechanics of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) of Zhuanggujianxi (ZGJX) are explored to lay a foundation for further study by observing clinic effects, variation of hemorheology, synovial cell factors, jaundice and hormones on patients of KOA.Methods: First, the guideline of choosing and excluding case is established and the scoring criterion is set down. Then according to the guideline , sixty cases are divided into experimental and control group and the variety of joint activity beteen before and after treatment is observed. At last, the difference between before and after treatment are also compared by the index of hemorheology, synovial cell factors, jaundice and hormones on patients of KOA.Results: (1) The pain of active and passive activity in both group are obviously alleviate, P<0. 01, and the experiment group is excellent than control one, P<0.01. (2)The general clinic effect of experiment group is 93. 3%, and the control one is 87. 7%, and the difference between each other is significant, P<0. 05. (3) The value of IL-1B, IL-6 and TNF-a on both groups abate significantly aftertreatment , P<0.01, and the value of IL?B and TNF-a on experiment group is lower than control one, P<0. OK P<0. 05. (4)The value of NO and LPO on both groups fall significantly after treatment , and the value of SOD ascend obiously, P<0. 01 or P<0. 05. And the value of LPO on experiment group is lower than control one, P<0. 01, however the value of SOD on experiment group is higher than control one, P<0.05. (5)The value of hormone on both groups ascend significantly after treatment, P<0.01 >P<0. 05, and no difference between each other,P>. 01. (6) The value of hemorheology index on experiment groups fall significantly after treatment , P<0. 01 or P<0.05, and the value of NB and NN on experiment one also fall significantly, and the experiment group is more excellent than control one, P<0. 01 or P<0. 05.Conclusions: The ZGJX may have the function of adjust intern secretion by nourishing liver and kidney, blood-quickening stasis transforming, strengthen the bone and antirheumatics. And it may be stabiling the hormone, reducing the producing of cell factors, promoting the blood rheology and disturbance, removing jaundice, protecting the cartilage and promoting the joint movement. So it can treat both the primary symptoms and second symptoms .
