Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis (Hyperactive Liver-Qi Attacking The Stomach)

Objective: This topic is a clinical observation for the acupuncture treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(hyperactive liver-QI attacking the stomach),to evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis of hyperactive liver-QI attacking the stomach,and prove the superiority of acupuncture therapy,syndrome differentiation,to provide more effective treatment options for clinical.Methods: 60 cases of chronic erosive gastritis(hyperactive liver-QI attacking the stomach)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in control group received basic treatment,30 patients in the treatment group received more with acupuncture therapy,the main acupoint were Taichong and Zhongwan.The clinical efficacy and safety,scores of symptom improvement,gastroscopy improvement.Result:1.The total clinical control rate of the treatment group was 63.33%,the total effective rate was 96.67%,and the clinical control rate of the control group was 23.33%,the total effective rate was 83.33%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The recovery rate of erosion degree of the treatment group was 60%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,and the recovery rate of erosion degree of the control group was 36.67%,the total effective rate was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with before treatment after the treatment,scores of stomach pain,two threatened fullness,spit acid water,bowel,loose stool and other symptoms in 2 groups decreased with significant difference(P<0.05),compared with the control group,scores of stomach pain,two threatened fullness,spit acid water,bowel,loose stool and other symptoms in the treatment group were lower with significant difference(P<0.05).4.There was a correlation between the course of disease and the curative effect in the treatment group.The longer the course of disease,the worse the curative effect was.The worse the condition was,the worse the curative effect was.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(hyperactive liver-QI attacking the stomach),can obviously improve the symptom of the patients,repair the erosion of gastric mucosa,The treatment group is better than control group.but also can effectively reduce the clinical recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
