Clinical Observation Of Chaiqin Hezhong Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Liver-stomach Heat Retention Syndrome)

Objective: the purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of chaiqin hezhong decoction in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(liver-stomach heat retention syndrome),and to provide certain clinical basis for the treatment of liver-stomach heat retention chronic erosive gastritis.Methods: eighty patients with chronic erosive gastritis(liver-stomach heat retention syndrome)diagnosed in the outpatient department of mianyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random comparison table,40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with chaiqin and zhongtang,while the control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,gastroscope score,clinical comprehensive efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.Research results:1.Comparison of clinical symptom scores: after 4 weeks of treatment,both the observation group and the control group were able to improve the clinical symptoms of the patients(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups showed statistically significant differences in the improvement of the scores of rib pain,distension,irritability,belching and urination yellow symptoms,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of points under gastroscope: after 4 weeks of treatment,both treatment schemes could improve the degree of gastric mucosal erosion under gastroscope(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),which was equivalent in improving the degree of gastric mucosal erosion under gastroscopy.3.Clinical comprehensive efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,there were 38 cases in the observation group,9 cases were cured,15 cases showed significant effect,11 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.11%.In the control group,37 cases were cured,6 cases were cured,13 cases were obviously effective,13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.49%.The clinical comprehensive efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: chaiqin hezhong decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.
