The Clinical Observation Of Using"the Therapy Of Rebuilding The Organism’s Equilibrium" To Treat The Topical Corticosteroid Dependence Dermatitis

Objective:Observed its clinical efficacy of using"Zaizao Pinghengtang"in treating Topical corticosteroid dependence dermatitis,exploring the practicability of this me-thod and the guidance of clinical significance.Method:The study used quasi-experimental research methods.68patients were divided into treatment group (n=36, receiving oral Chinese herbs) and control group (n=32, receiving oral Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules). Both of the two groups receive external treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed every2weeks once, after8weeks’ treatment continuously, clinical efficacy is observed and data is analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:Clinical observation showed that the treatment group total effective rate was86.66%, control group total effective rate was69.99%, the score before and after treatments have improved in both of the two groups. Total effective rate in the treat-ment group is significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05). This study shows no obvious adverse reaction and no subject withdraws the study.Conclusion:Under the thought of rebuilding the organism’s equilibrium",using the "Strengthening the genuine qi and eliminating pathogenic factors" as the therapeutic principle, taking "Zaizao Pinghengtang" to treat the disease,the curative effect is good and no obvious side effects, worthy of clinical popularization,should be widely applied clinically.
