Objective:Through observing the effect of ShenQi Compound Recipe which has the function of supplenmenting Qi and Yin and promoting the blood circulation, on water intake, food intake, weight, blood glucose, and the level of CHOL?3-NT?GSH-PX?SOD, in spontaneous type 2 diabetic GK rats,explore the mechanism of ShenQi Compound on diabetic vascular disease and memory of metabolic, based The Damage of Oxidative Stress and Nitration Stress.Methods:250 7-8-week-old male spontaneous type 2 diabetic GK rats according to blood glucose were randomly divided into model group, ShenQi High-dose group?ShenQi medium-Dose group?ShenQi Low-dose group? metformin group (referred to as the western medicine group), Wistar rats with age and sex matched normal group 10, a total of 6 groups. During the experiment, the normal group was fed with normal diet and sterile water, the other 5 groups were fed with high fat diet and sterile water. During the treatment, the normal group and model group were given NS 5. Oml/kg. d by gavage, and ShenQi High-dose group?medium-Dose group?Low-dose group were given ShenQi suspension 2.88g/kg. d,1.44g/kg. d,0.72g/kg. d by gavage. the western medicine group was treated with metformin 100mg/kg. d suspension gavage,1 times per day, all groups were sacrificed 16 weeks after intragastric administration. To observe the general condition of rats, change detection of rat fasting blood glucose, CHOL?3-NT?MDA? GSH-PX?SOD level in serum.Results:ShenQi Compound Recipe which has the function of supplenmenting Qi and Yin and promoting the blood circulation, can improve the general condition of rats, reduce fasting blood glucose stablely and effectively, decrease the level of CHOL?3-NT?MDA, increase the level of H-PX?SOD in serum, and improve the pathological changes of rat thoracic aorta. Among the groups, ShenQi medium-Dose group has the most significant effect.Conclusion:ShenQi Compound Recipe which has the function of supplenmenting Qi and Yin and promoting the blood circulation, can reduce the level of Oxidative Stress and Nitration Stress, improve the pathological damage about memory of metabolic of diabetic vascular disease, achieve the role of prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular complications.
