Clinical Observation On Regulating The Metabolic Memory Injury To Prevent And Treat Diabetic Macroangiopathy In Spleen Deficiency Primary Diagnosis Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Modified Shenqi Compound

Objective: With the principle of replenishing qi,invigorating spleen and relieving turbidity,a clinical study of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients treated with Modified Shenqi Compound was conducted to observe the TCM symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,Glycated hemoglobin,body mass index and oxidation of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Impact of stress-related indicators.Methods: Including 46 newly diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes,divided into test group and control group according to a random method of 1:1,remov al of abscission in 6 cases,and finally complete observation of 40 cases.The two groups were treated on the basis of dietary exercise.The experimental gro up was treated with Modified Shenqi Compound.The control group was treate d with metformin hydrochloride tablets.The treatment course was 12 weeks.T CM symptoms,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,blood lipids,and glycos ylated hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment.Changes in body mass index such as ROS,NO,SOD,etc.,finally evaluated the overall efficacy.Results:(1)After treatment,the symptom scores of both the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the dr op in the test group was more obvious,and there was a difference between th e groups(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the test Fasting blood glucose,postpran dial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and body mass index were significantl y improved in the control and control groups(P<0.05).Differences in fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin after treatm ent between the two groups were not observed.Statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the body mass index was compared between groups,the co ntrol group decreased more significantly,the difference between the groups was different(P<0.05);(3)after treatment,the test group and the control group ch olesterol and low The density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were compared between groups,there was no significant difference between the t wo groups(P>0.05);(4)after treatment SOD,ROS,and NO in the treatment group and control group were all improved(P<0.05).After treatment,SOD wa s compared between groups,and the SOD in the test group was more obvious(P<0.05);ROS and NO were treated after treatment.Comparison between gro ups,two groups There was no significant different(P> 0.05).Conclusion:After treatment with Modified Shenqi Compound,TCM sympto ms,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,bo dy mass index,cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,ROS,NO,SOD were all significantly improved in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Modified Shenqi Compound can improve the level of glucose and lipid metabo lism and oxidative stress in patients,thus preventing and treating diabetic macr oangiopathy.
