Investigation On Occupational Hazards Of Dust In Ceramic Production Typical Enterprises And Research On Control Countermeasures

China is the world's largest producer of ceramics,ceramic production accounts for about half of the world's total output.China's ceramic production enterprises and the number of technical level management capacity of large differences in size and size,of which the vast majority of small and medium enterprises.Ceramic production process will produce a lot of dust,the formation of a threat to the health of professional staff.According to the National Health Committee issued an occupational disease report shows that nearly 90%of occupational diseases in China is occupational pneumoconiosis,ceramic dust is classified as high-risk dust.In this paper,we will conduct a survey on the typical ceramic production enterprises in China to provide a systematic solution to the prevention,control and elimination of dust hazards in ceramic production enterprises,and put forward countermeasures to protect the occupational health of workers in ceramic production industry.First of all,based on the research on the scale,product type,regional distribution,technical and management level of ceramic enterprises in China,we select the typical ceramic production enterprises in Hebei,Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces to carry out on-the-spot investigation and master the production technology of existing ceramic production enterprises,Equipment and facilities,occupational health management,and existing dust control measures.Second,through the national occupational disease prevention and control,dust control laws and regulations and domestic and international ceramic dust prevention and control of the literature review,consult the ceramic industry experts,master the existing ceramic industry regulations,dust control technology,and business status comparison analysis.Through the on-the-spot investigation of five typical ceramic production enterprises,the paper studies the employment system,equipment facilities,production technology,dust production and pollution control measures by using the theory of system engineering.Using the results of comparative analysis,from the national,local to the enterprise,from the economy,technology to management,a more comprehensive exploration of ceramic production enterprises dust occupational hazards and the reasons for the formation of control countermeasures and suggestions.
