At present,research on the identification of occupational disease hazards factors,health hazards evaluation,the key point evaluation of hazards,comprehensive prevention and control measures,and implementation effect evaluation of mechanical processing industry are still inadequate in China.Thus,there is an urgent need to focus on occupational disease hazard factors identification and control measures of machining industry for further research.Occupational hazards risk classification management and control refers to applying risk theory and risk control technology to quantify and classify the degree of hazards of occupational disease hazard factors in the workplace,and taking effective management and control measures,which is an important method to achieve precise and scientific occupational health management.Its main purpose is to achieve the advancement of production safety,precise supervision,source control,scientific prevention,and avoid workers that are exposed to occupational hazards from occupational disease by identifying,analyzing,evaluating and controlling the occupational disease hazards of the company.In paper,we firstly investigated and analyzed the main process flow,raw and auxiliary materials,production system and other factors in the production process of a mechanical processing enterprise.At the same time,we identified three types of occupational hazards in the enterprise production process,including productive dust,chemical substances and physical factors.Subsequently,according to the distribution and the operating time of the three types of occupational disease hazard factors in the enterprise,we formulate a detection scheme and conduct classification and batch testing,and the test results were obtained through inspection data processing.Finally,productive dust operations are divided into four different operating levels based on the content of free silica in productive dust,the occupational exposure ratio of airborne dust,and the labor intensity of workers.The operation of chemicals is divided into four different operation levels based on the hazard degree of chemicals,the occupational exposure ratio of chemicals and the labor intensity of workers.Divide the noise operation into four different operation levels based on the worker's exposure noise level and exposure time.The high-temperature operations are divided into four different operation levels based on the physical labor intensity of the worker,the contact time of high temperature,WBGT index and clothing thermal resistance elements.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the degree of hazard,exposure level,exposure time,number of contacts,protective measures,health effects,and management level of occupational disease hazards,the occupational disease hazard risks of different job positions are divided into three levels including low risk,general risk,and greater risk.And then we use engineering technology,management,education and training,personal protection and other measures for targeted management and control.
