Objective:Survey dust and high toxic hazard occupational health status of enterprise in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City, put forward the Prevention and control countermeasures for the dust and high toxic hazard in Yuhang District.Method:The existence of dust and toxic hazards of mining, stone processing, cement manufacturing, luggage processing, toy manufacturing, leather processing, shoe-making,furniture manufacturing,metal plating, electronics manufacturing, decoration materials processing, storage battery, energy saving lamp, chemical industry, paper-making, printing, automotive, casting a total of18industry industry in Yuhang District, according to the random sampling,investigate the occupation health status of sample enterprises.Application of EPIDATA survey data3.1software was used for data entry, data were analyzed by using SPSS17.0software.Result:Sampling survey of151companies, there are differences of different size, different types, different industries in the occupation disease prevention and management measures, inform the occupation harm factors,occupational hazards protection,the occupation healthy guardianship.Most of the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Occupation hazards enterprises informed rate is low (27.2%), pre-employment and resignation physical examination rate is low (5%and4%),detection of dust and high toxic hazard rate is low(24.7%).Other dust, welding fumes, silica dust is the main part in the dust; lead and its compounds, benzene, formaldehyde is the main part in the high toxic hazard.2009-2011,qualified rate of dust accumulated61.5%, of which the lowest passing rate of silica dust.High toxic hazard monitoring qualified rate of total95.8%,of which the lowest passing rate of mercury and its compounds (92.9%), followed by benzene (93.1%).In the industry, the mining industry detection qualified rate is the lowest (34.5%).Silicosis is the main pneumoconiosis (93.6%), focus on the mining.Chlorine and aniline resulted in acute occupation poisoning (chemical industry), lead and lead to chronic benzene poisoning (occupation of battery and chemical industry).Conclusion:Occupational health situation of small business, private enterprise, stone processing, luggage processing, toy manufacturing, decoration materials processing industry is worrying.We should focus on regulation.It should encourage enterprises to carry out pre-employment and resignation physical examination to dust and high toxic hazard of workers and undergo a medical examination. Strengthening dust and high toxic hazard detection.Completion of all of the mining enterprises shut down work step by step.The prevention of occupation hazards of lead poisoning, the implementation of benzene, mercury, to prevent the occurrence of the occupation poisoning accident. Implementation of lead, benzene, mercury and other occupational poisoning hazard prevention management project.
