| Objective:hyperlipidemia(HLP)is stroke,angina,cerebral vascular disease,the pathological basis of cardiovascular disease,is one of the main diseases threatening human life and health.Years of research at home and abroad medical workers found that the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is complex,the slow process of the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.The needle theories are as follows lipid infiltration theory,theory of damage to vascular endothelial oxidative theory,immune theory,however,explain the pathogenesis of any single theory are not exhaustive.In clinical drug commonly used in anti atherosclerosis with simvastatin,probucol,but it has strong side effects in the treatment of high blood lipid and anti atherosclerosis diseases as well as the physiology and psychology of the patients brought unnecessary damage.So,from the exploration of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine natural low toxicity,no Toxic effective drugs has become a research hotspot in recent.The experiment by high fat and high cholesterol diet induced rat hyperlipidemia model is constructed.According to the effect of Jiangzhi Decoction on hyperlipidemia rat serum lipid parameters,in order to investigate the lipid-lowering effects of Jiangzhi Decoction and its mechanism.Methods:1 Theoretical Study:the basic pathogenesis of the disease is spleen,phlegm and blood stasis.Improper diet,emotional injuries or dysfunctional organs,the spleen and phlegm,stagnation of dampness heat,phlegm heat blocking collaterals,effects of air lift,resulting in Qi stagnation and blood stasis first,phlegm and blood stasis for the disease.In this experiment,spleen phlegm,stasis Tongluo principle for frail patients,combined with the national medicine geshanxiao with spleen dampness stagnation,theoretical basis of detoxification,made Jiangzhi Fang Fang Astragalus.Qi sun;Atractylodes,Poria,Alisma three drugs combined the spleen Jian,phlegm dampness to go;peach,salvia,evening primrose oil,Huoxue Huayu Tongluo.Deficiency ofSpleen Qi,the whole party to fill the dirty gas,eliminating dampness and phlegm,promoting blood circulation to remove fat turbidity of evil,to uphold the total level and lipoprotein.Dyslipidemia and traditional Chinese medicine "phlegm dampness","Blood stasis" is closely related to,atherosclerotic plaque formation actually"phlegm" pathological products.Therefore,Jianpi Huatan,Huoxue Tongluo lipid levels in the principle of prevention and cure of Jiangzhi Decoction on hyperlipidemia induced abnormal lipid metabolism disorder and have good regulation.And national drug Geshan fire through the influence of spleen dampness effect on the level of blood lipids,but also future experimental studies of a direction and innovation.2 experimental study:Version:1.0 StartHTML:0000000107 EndHTML:0000001300 StartFragment:0000000127EndFragment:0000001282 Effect of enzyme by Jiangzhi Decoction on hyperlipidemia rats serum TC,TG,HDL,LDL and lipid parameters,the naked eye observation of liver tissue morphology and weighing,light microscope were observed in rats liver histological changes of Jiangzhi Decoction in treatment of high blood lipid of research,to explore the Jiangzhi Decoction lipid-lowering effect and its related mechanism.To observe the effect of Jiangzhi Decoction on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and to explore the Jiangzhi Decoction has anti lipid peroxidation effect,a step that Jiangzhi Decoction in prevention of high blood lipid and related disease mechanism.Results:Jiangzhi Decoction can obviously improve the high fat diet induced hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia rat liver tissue morphology and reduce the liver index,significantly decreased in high fat diet induced hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia rat serum TC/TG/LDL-C index,and elevated serum HDL-C content;Jiangzhi Decoction can decrease the content of MDA induced by high fat diet and high-fat hyperlipidemia rat serum,and can raise the activity of SOD and GSH-PX.Conclusion:1.Jiangzhi escription is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.2.Jiangzhi Decoction and comfortable drop has a therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia rats induced by high fat diet,decreased the liver index,hepatic steatosis reduce or even disappear,to histological recovery.The mechanism may and improve the body’s antioxidant capacity,reduce oxidative stress response.3 Jiangzhi Decoction and Simvastatin to reduce the weight of high fat diet induced hyperlipidemia rats,to improve the performance and mechanism of liver histology.4.The effect of Jiangzhi Decoction reducing the liver oxidative stress in rats with hyperlipidemia was better than that of Simvastatin. |
