Objective:Accord to the cognition of Chinese medicine to the etiological factor and disease mechanism of stroke sequela,adopt multiple factor compound method to make the stroke sequela models of rats which are lack of Qi and with blood silted. Confirmation the model set up by observing the rats with taditional Chinese madicine opinion.And detect the material of pathology biochemical of the model,To help us screen and establish some objective maker which correlation to that "lack of Qi and with blood silted".Methods: Make the stroke sequela models of rats which are lack of Qi and with blood silted. Employ electromyography meter record nerve conduction velocity and amplitude of wave of sciatic nerve of the rats. Select blood sugar . lactic acid. creatine kinase. lactate dehydrogenase . alkaline phosphatase for the maker of the energy metabolism of the models, blood sugar adopt glucose oxidase-peroxidase method; lactic acid adopt reduction method; creatine kinase adopt enzyme reunions method; lactate dehydrogenase adopt continuous detect method(LD-L); alkaline phosphatase adopt continuous detect method. Adopt atom spectrophotometer to assay the Na, K, Ca2+s Mg2+ content in the brain and blood serum of the models, adopt fix phosphorum method to assay the ATPase activity in brain and red blood cell membrane of the models, analyzad the aminoacid neurotransmitters in the brain of the rats byHPLC. analyzad the contents of ATP , ADP and monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of the rats by HPLC;adopted correlative methods to determine some indexes of hemorheology such as the whole blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity,RBC aggregation,RBC deformability,platelet aggregation.Results:(l)SG group rats hair relative intensive dark . convoluted,depressed . emotional panic thinness,ingestiondecrease,operative scar healing retardation,coincidence the sign of lack of Qi and with blood silted which belong to the traditional Chinese medicine.(2)Accoring to the motor nerve conduction velocity ,There is significance difference between SG group and NSG group.(3)There is significance difference in blood sugar when NG group vas SG group APG group NSG group (p<0.05) ; There is significance difference in lactic acid when NSG group vas NG group SG group (p<0.01) ;There is significance difference in creatine kinasewhenSG group vas NG group NSG group( p<0.05 ); There is significance difference in lactate dehydrogenase when SG group vas NSG group (p<0.01) and APG group (p<0.05 ) ; There is significance difference in alkaline phosphatase when AG group vas NSG group and SG group (p<0.05) .(4)There is significance difference in Na+ . K+ Ca+ Mg2+ Na+-ATPase K+-ATPase Ca2+-ATPase Mg2+-ATPase between SG group NG group and NSG group.(5)Accoring to the the aminoacid neurotransmitters in the brain of rats, the contents of Glu and Asp of the APG group are higher than NSGv SG group (p<0.01) ;there is no significance difference between each group of the contents of the Gly;the contents of Gaba of the APG group are lower than NG SG group (p<0.01) ,And also lower than the NSG group (p<0.05).(6)The the contents of ATP and ADP of the NG group are-7-higher than SG group and NSG group (p<0.01) , the contents of ATP and ADP of the NSG group are higher than SG group(p<0.05) ;acording to the monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of rats, The contents ofNE DA and 5-HTofthe SG group are lower than NG group (p<0.0l) ; The contents of NEx DA and 5-HT of the SG group are lower than NSG group(p<0.05) ;The contents of DA of the NSG group are lower than NG group (p<0.05) .(7)According to the hemorheology.the whole blood viscosity of SG group is higher than NG group and NSG group(p<0.01) ;The blood plasma viscosity of NG group is lower than SG group and NSG group (p<0.05,p<0.01) ;the RBC aggregation of SG group is higher than NG group and NSG group (p<0.0l) ;the RBC deformability of SG group is lower than NG group and NSG group (p<0.05)...
