Observation On Curative Effect Of Retention Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Retention Enema Of Chinese Herbal In Treating Cold And Dampness Typesequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: The purpose and significance of this research is to develop a new method which high efficiency,no side effect,low recurrence rate and easy accept by the patients who is sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.The target of this research is to evaluate the efficacy of the method of cold damp stagnation type sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treatment.Methods: The patients were selected from June 2016 to December 2016 in Qinzhou Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital.More than 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group(abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema)30 cases,the control group(traditional Chinese medicine retention enema)more than 30 cases.Results: In the treatment group,4 cases were cured,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 12 cases,7 cases;In the control group,cured 3 cases,markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 15 cases.There were significant differences in the total clinical curative effect between the treatment group and the control group by Fisher exact test(P <0.05),which was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 76.7% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group,which indicated that the total clinical curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Safety test: During the course of this study,30 patients with cold and dampness pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in the treatment group and the control group had no adverse reactions such as halo or allergy during the course of treatment for 3 courses,Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of cold dampness stagnation pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae clinical application safety.Conclusion(s): Abdominal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(dampness)effect.The method not only has the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,but also can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the pain of patients.The clinical application of this method is safe,non-toxic side effects,with high clinical value,worthy of further clinical promotion.
