Objective: To observe the indicators of TransPRK postoperative pain,foreign body sensation,corneal epithelial healing,uncorrected visual acuity and spherical equivalent,Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Eye Drops(rhEGF)were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy in TransPRK.To provide reference for the rational treatment of TransPRK operation.Methods :From June 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were TransPRK patients,60 cases(120 eyes),29 females(58 eyes),male 31 cases(62 eyes).Patients who line with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Examination of uncorrected visual acuity,visual acuity,anterior segment,intraocular pressure,corneal curvature,refraction,ocular fundus,pentacam corneal topography,corneal thickness,tear break-up time were taken before the operation.The operation is the same person,and control the temperature and humidity in the operation room strictly to ensure the performance of the laser machine to maintain the best condition.After operation,the experimental group in the conventional treatment(0.5%Levofloxacin Eye Drops,0.1%Fluorometholone Eye Drops)use Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Eye Drops,the control group received routine medication.After operation respectively in 1D,2D,3D,1m,2m,3m were evaluated pain,foreign body sensation,corneal epithelial healing,uncorrected visual acuity,Haze and manifest refractive spherical equivalent(MRSE)index.The data is expressed by ±s,using SPSS16 software to analyze data,the data of the two groups using ANOVA of repeated measurement data.Results: In addition to Haze indicators,other indicators of the time differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Two groups of pain,mixed congestion,corneal epithelial healing in 2D,3D were significantly different(P <?'),TG score was lower than the CG score;The uncorrected visual acuity was different in 2D and 3D(P <?'),and the TG score was higher than that of CG,and other indexes were not statistically different.Conclusion:1?The observation indexes of the two groups(except Haze)were affected by time,and gradually improved with the passage of time.2 ?rhEGF eye drops can improve early postoperative TransPRK patients' partly symptoms of pain,but also can promote corneal epithelial healing and improve early visual acuity.
