Used For Seal Usage Of Model Rats Colon The Effect Of Substance P, Cajal Interstitial Cells And Clinical Observation In Elderly Functional Constipation

Objective:This subject is based on the pathogenesis of elderly functional constipation characteristics:"deficiency of qi and blood,declination of zang and fu organs"and puts forward treating obstructive syndrom with nourishing therapy in the treatment of this disease.Around the pathogenesis.we simulated formula of tomifying qi and blood and warming yang. Through clinical rsearch and experimental study,we analyed the effects of formula of tomifying qi and blood and warming yang on elderly functional constipation patients and ICCand SP of rat constipation model.Methods:(1) Experimental Study Methods:60health rats.50have been used for making model and10been used for normal group. After the rat model established,choosen rats and divided into6groups randomly.i.e. normal group, model group, slight-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group and FORLAX group.Observe the change of substance P and ICC.Explore the formula of tomifying qi and blood and warming yang that treat elderly functional constipation occurred the mechanism.(2) Clinical Rsearch Methods:50cases of Qi and Xue deficiency type functional constipation patients are enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups. i.e. study group(n=30) and control group (n=20). The study group is treated by yiqi yangxue wenyang tablets.The control group is treated by FORLAX.The period of the treating is two weeks.Writing down the symptoms before the treatment,the seventh day of the treatment and after the treatment,and giving rating to the sympyoms. Calculate the TCM syndromes rating and stoll characters rating of the two group.Results:(1) Experimental Study Results:Through the image analysis,the area densities of positive-cell of substance P and Cajal cell were increase in every groups.The area densities of positive-cell of substance P and Cajal cell in group FORLAX compared to slight-dose group. middle-dose group. high-dose group wasn’t had significant difference(P>0.05). The area densities of positive-cell of substance P and Cajal cell in group FORLAX,slight-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group compared to model group had significant difference.(P<0.05).(2) Clinical Rsearch Results:Among30study groups overall curative effective rate was93.33%. The cure rate of the study group is26.67%, effective rate is30%. non effective rate is36.67%. By the look of overall curative effet, among20cases in control groups, it was90%to be always effective. The cure rate of the control group is15%,effective rate is35%, non effective rate is10%. Dealt with statistics between two groups(P>0.05),it wasn’t had significance difference. Study groups curative effect was similar to control groups, but the TCM syndromes rating and stoll characters rating of study group were better than the control groups.Conclusions: Through clinical and experimental study, we can see that the therapeutic method of Yiqi Yangxue Wenyang in treatment of Qi and Xue deficiency syndrome in functional constipation was significantly effective.
