To Observe The Curative Effect Of Jia Wei Nei Yi Tong Jing Ling Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Endometriosis Infertility

Objective : This subject is to observe the effect of Jiawei endometriosis Tongjinglin kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Treatment of infertile patients with endometriosis after taking the medicine,clinical efficacy,and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 60 cases of infertile patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases treated with JiaWeiNeiYiTong JingLing)and 30 cases of the control group(Sanjiezhentong capsule)were observed before and after treatment,dysmenorrhea,irregular menstruation,pregnancy,ovulation and changes of symptoms;antiendometrial antibody monitoring of serum interleukin-6,CA125.The changes of sex hormones,and the size of pelvic mass,side effects of uterine artery hemodynamics changes and after taking the medicine.Results: comparison of clinical outcomes,the rate of pregnancy was 36.67%,the control rate was 10.00%,and the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05);(2)there were no significant differences in pregnancy duration(P> 0.05);(3)of the two groups after treatment of dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea compared with significant difference(P<0.05);(4)irregular menstruation,two groups after the treatment period,the amount of menstrualcycle,no significant difference(P>0.05);(5)the two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.33%;the control group total effective rate was 73.33%;the curative effect of TCM syndrome of the two groups of patients than a difference was significant difference(P<0.05);(6)the two groups of TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms compared with significant difference(P<0.01),single TCM symptom scores in dysmenorrhea,waist and knee pain,menstrual with a blood clot,insomnia,lassitude,anal bulge,urine clear long Yu Li had significant difference comparing symptoms(P<0.05),there was no obvious difference among the remaining symptoms(P>0.05);(7)antiendometrial antibody treatment group,negative rate was81.81%,the control group negative rate was 50%,the negative rate compared with significant difference(P<0.05);(8)pelvic mass,two groups after the treatment of pelvic mass has a very significant difference(P<0.01);(9)CA125,after treatment two CA125 group compared with significant difference(P<0.05);(10)interleukin-6,interleukin-6 in the two groups after treatment compared with significant difference(P<0.01);(11)LUFS,LUFS in the two groups after treatment compared with significant difference(P<0.05);(12)sex hormone,the two groups after treatment LH,PRL had significant difference FSH(P<0.05),no significant difference(P>0.05);(13)uterine artery PI,RI change,after treatment,two groups of RI,PI were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusions: Have a good effect on endometriosis Tongjinglin treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis endometriosis,can improve symptoms,reduce serum CA125 and interleukin-6 levels,reduce the value of PRL,improve the level of LH,reduce the pelvic volume,the anti endometrium antibody negative,regulate the endocrine level of women,the follicular maturation and discharge,improve the uterine artery perfusion,which can effectively improve the pregnancy rate.
