The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Of Pelvic Endometriosis With Bushenhuoxue Methond

Objective:Observing the clinical therapeutic effect of Yixiao prescription on kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of pelvic endometriosis.And the mechanism of action is discussed.Methods:60 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis endometriosis patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group using Yixiao prescription well the control group using Sanjiezhentong capsule for 3 months.Observing and recording the treatment results of two groups.Through the curative effect judgmentstandard,endometriosis TCM clinical syndrome evaluation and dysmenorrhea symptom scoring criteria,to score of symptoms and signs before and after the treatment.Comparing the total effective rate as well as the improvement of symptoms and syndromes.Through the statistical analysis to determine the clinical efficacy of Yixiao prescription.Results:1.Total effective rate:Treatment group recovered 2 people,20 people had marked effect,4 people effectively,4 people were not treated.The total effective rate was 86.67%,control group 1 well,11 had marked effect,11 people effectively,7 people were not treated.The total effective rate was 76.67%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The symptoms of dysmenorrhea:Treatment group 4 patients healed,25 people were markedly effective,7 people effectively,4 people were not treated.The total effective rate was 86.67%,control group 3 people heal,13 people were markedly effective,8 people effectively,4 people were not treated.The total effective rate was 80.00%,P>0.05,no statistically significant difference between the two groups.3.1n TCM syndromes:the patients in the treatment group recovered 3 patients,20 people were effective,5 were effective,2 people were not treated.The total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group recovered 1 person,and the effective 10 were effective,6 people were not treated and the total effective rate was 80.00%.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Immune index:the serum CA125 level of the two groups decreased after treatment.The degree of CA125 decline in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Yixiao prescription not only has obvious improvement effect on clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of pelvic endometriosis patients,but also has a certain improvement effect on the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.It can reduce the CA125 value of peripheral blood of patients.The total efficiency and improvement of TCM syndrome and CA125 were better than oral Sanjiezhentong capsules.
