Diabetes is a metabolic process in the patients due to disorder,leading to glucose absorption and utilization of errors,and the errors lead to exceed the standard glucose content in the blood disease group.Hyperglycemia is caused by a defect in insulin secretion or by a biological effect,or both.Long term hyperglycemia in diabetes can cause chronic damage and dysfunction in various tissues,especially the kidneys,eyes,heart.Diabetes is divided into type ? diabetes and type ? diabetes,insulin resistance and insulin secretion deficiency is the main driving factors of T2DM onset,and excessive intake,reduced physical activity obesitytype 2 diabetes mellitus is the most important environmental factors,which makes the individual genetic susceptibility to type 2 diabetes morbidity.In patients with type 1 diabetes is itself exist abnormal immune system,rubella virus in some viruses such as Coxsackie virus,virus infection resulted in the parotid gland,autoimmune reaction,destruction of beta cell insulin.Type 2 diabetes accounts for about 95%of patients with diabetes mellitus.In recent years,the number of countries in the world with diabetes has been continuously increasing,and in 2015 the number of people with diabetes Chinese have been ranked first in the world,so the diabetes has become a public health disease.In order to solve this problem,it is more urgent to look for a more safe and effective hypoglycemic drug.Because of its good hypoglycemic activity and almost no toxic side effects,plant polysaccharides have become the first choice.As a kind of natural extract with almost no toxic side effects,polysaccharide has a unique effect on the treatment of tumor,low immunity,high blood sugar,aging,viral diseases and so on.The main active components of Momordica charantia 1..Polysaccharide(momordic acharantia,MCP)is a polysaccharide composed of rhamnose,Arabia sugar,mannose,glucose and galactose.This paper is mainly through the extraction of effective hypoglycemic component in bitter gourd,which is then injected according to the model of diabetes in diabetic rats,through multiple physiological data measurement,combined with the transcriptome analysis results of Momordica polysaccharide is how to control the blood glucose level in diabetic rats,and improve the high blood glucose and high blood lipids and other symptoms.Through the experiment we found that Momordica polysaccharide through down-regulation of glycogen degradation enzyme in gene expression,while the increase in glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid cycle three(TCA)in some of the key enzyme genes,in order to promote glycolysis,accelerated glycolysis products in three carboxylic acid cycle,inhibiting glycogen degradation,thereby reducing glucose production;enhance immune response,reduce oxidative damage pathway to type two diabetic rats decreased blood glucose levels.Regulate the use and fate of lipids to control the level of blood lipids,and improve the symptoms of lipid metabolism disorder in diabetes.In order to verify our conjecture,we take to verify the related gene we suspect real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot,and the results are consistent with our expectations,which proves that the previous inference is correct.
