The Clinical Research Of Anzi Mixture In The Treatment Of Patients With Kidney Deficiency Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortionand The Serum Concentrations Of IL-6

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of An Zi Decoction in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:60patients were randomly selected and devided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given An Zi Decoction orally, and intramuscular injection of progesterone injection and/or human chorionic gonadotropin; The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone injection and/or human chorionic gonadotropin. Setting Five weeks as a course of treatment.Symptoms,signs,the levels of E2, P, β-HCQIL-6of the blood plasma and the B ultrasonic of each group were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)Syndrome integralCompare the symptom total score before and after treatment in two groups, numerical significantly less than before treatment (P<0.05). Comparison between the two groups, two groups after the treatment, the total symptom score was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group in improving symptoms was superior to the control group (P＜0.05).(2) Pregnancy hormonesThe two groups of serum E2, P, β-HCG levels were higher than those before treatment. Suggest that combination therapy group is better than control group, and An-zi Decoction can help increased serum pregnancy hormone levels, in favor of tocolysis.(3)The change of blood IL-6levelsAfter treatment,two groups of IL-6levels were higher than that before treatment (P<0.05); comparison between groups, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)B-ultrasonic mornitoing pregnant burseAfter treatment, there was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). There were27cases embryo formation in the treatment group and23cases in the control group. The success rate of the treatment group (90.00%) was significantly higher than the control group (76.67%). It showed that An-zi Decoction can promote the growth, development of gestational sac and improve the success rate of miscarriage.(5)The comprehensive curative effectThe total efficiency of the treatment group was90.00%, the control group was76.67%. The treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P＜0.05.Conclusion:An Zi Decoction clinical definite curative effect in treating the deficiency of kidney recurrent spontaneous abortion. It can improve the clinical symptoms,increase the serum E2, P, β-HCG levels, promote the embryo development,increase the serum IL-6levels.The mechanism may be related to the improvement of luteum and placental function; on the other hand, It also may be related to the increase of IL-6levels, regulate the immune response.
