| Objective: By observing the An Zi Decoction two deficiency, blood heat treatment of spleen and kidney and blood stasis type autoimmune type recurrent abortion not pregnant patients before and after the clinical symptom, serum anti cardiolipin antibody and beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody levels of change, to explore the clinical curative effect of An Zi Decoction and antibodies against beta 2 glycoprotein I lead to autoimmune mechanism of action of recurrent miscarriage.Methods:Two virtual collection of spleen and kidney, blood hot clip stasis type autoimmune type 40 patients with recurrent abortion is not pregnant, were randomly divided into two groups: treat groupand control group; treat group (20 cases, oral An Zi Decoction,250 ml per day,2 times/day. The control group,20 cases of oral aspirin,25 mg,2 times/day. Four weeks for a period of treatment, a total of 3 period of treatment. Observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms integral, anti cardiolipin antibodies and resistance to beta 2 glycoprotein I level changes.Results:(1)Syndrome integralTwo groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms integral comparison, after integral values are much smaller than before treatment of integral value (P< 0.05), with statistical significance. Comparison between the two way, two groups after treatment the symptoms of total credit also had statistical significance (P< 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group. Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:treatment group 20 cases, the total effective rate was 95.00%; Control group the total effective rate 70.00%, treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).(2) Anti cardiolipin antibody levelsTwo groups of patients before and after the treatment of anti cardiolipin antibody levels, were significantly lower than before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Comparison between the two way, curative effect is significantly better than control group, treatment group was statistically significant (P> 0.05).(3)resistance to beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody levelsTwo groups of patients before and after treatment resistant beta 2 glycoprotein I antibodies,were significantly lower than before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparison between the two way, effect of the treatment group and control group, no statistical significance (P> 0.05).(4)the clinical comprehensive efficacyAfter treatment, two groups of clinical curative effect of total effective rate comparison, the treatment group the total effective rate was 90.00%; Control group the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group is significantly higher than the control group, there was statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom such as dizziness tinnitus, reduce anti cardiolipin antibody and resistance to beta 2 glycoprotein 1 antibody levels. An Zi Decoction can tonifying spleen kidney is given priority to, with clear heat cool blood, invigorate the circulation of nourishing blood and can improve the ovarian endocrine functions, improve the autoimmune type luteal function in patients with recurrent abortion; Reduce the patient’s body anti cardiolipin antibody and resistance to beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody levels, balance the body’s own immune response. |
