Research Of Effect Of Xiaoai Jiedu ? Recipe Combined With SOX Scheme On Immunity And The Quality Of Life In Treating Patients With ? Period Gastric Carcinoma

This study is based on the cancerous toxin pathogenesis theory of Prof.Zhou Zhongying.We take Xiaoai Jiedu III Recipe to treat the patients with IV period gastric carcinoma.The theoretical basis and the research results are summarized.Object:Through the standardization of clinical concurrent controlled trials,to research the effect of Xiaoai Jiedu III Recipe combined with SOX scheme on immunity and the quality oflife in treating patients with IV period gastric carcinoma.At the same time,the traditional clinical efficacy and safety evaluation indicators(such as physical condition Karnofsky score,clinical common symptoms,the level of tumor markers and toxic side effects of chemotherapy)are observed,to evaluatethe clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoai Jiedu III Recipe comprehensively.Whether Xiaoai Jiedu III Recipe combined with SOX scheme can improve the immune function and quality of life in patients with period gastric carcinoma and can play a synergistic effect.In order to furtherpromote the application of IV in gastric carcinoma.Methods:60 patients been chosen with IV period gastric carcinoma were divided into treatment group and control group,30 in the treatment group(those who were receivedXiaoai Jiedu III Recipe combined with SOX scheme),30 in the control group(those who were receivedSOX scheme only).21 days is a treatment course.A total of 4 courses were observed.The efficacy was evaluated by comparingthe cellular immune function and QOL estimated by EORTC QLQ-C30.At the same time,the Karnofsky score,clinical symptoms,tumor size,tumor markers and side effects were observed in the two groups.Results:The treatment group displayed more effective in improving cellular immune function and enhancing the quality of lif.The activity of CD3+,CD4+ and NK in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group had significant improvement in physical function,fatigue,anorexia,constipation and general health status(P<0.05).In addition,after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in improving physical condition,relieving clinical symptoms and reducing tumor markers.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the objective curative effect and the side effects of chemotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoai Jiedu ? Recipe combined with SOX scheme can improve the immune function and quality of life in patients with period gastric carcinoma.It can improve physical condition,improve the quality of life,reduce and relieve the clinical symptoms,play a synergistic effect of reducing toxicity,and does not increase the toxic side effects of chemotherapy,it is worthy of clinical use.
