Comparison Of The Therapeutic Effects Of Row Rhubarb And Cooked Rhubarb On Chronic Renal Failure With Spleen Kidney Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:This research under the guidance of TCM theory,treatment based on syndrome differentiation as the principle,through comparing the spleen and kidney,the origin material(raw VS cooked)method with rhubarb on chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of wet material certificate of clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes related to,observe the clinical curative effects of two groups,discuss raw rhubarb and cooked rhubarb in the same compound in the treatment of chronic renal failure of advantages and disadvantages of spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of the wet muddy syndrome,to get better treatment,further improve the level of the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:This study selected chronic renal failure patients with spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of the dampness,52 cases of Chinese herbal compound to add raw rhubarb 26 patients with 8 g,add cooked Chinese herbal compound rhubarb,26 patients with 8 g in 4 weeks,for a period of treatment,observation 2 course of treatment.Main observation indexes of main symptoms and signs before and after the treatment,serum creatine,blood urea and glomerular filtration rate,etc.Results:(1)Both cooked rhubarb and raw rhubarb can improve patients' clinical symptoms,cooked rhubarb group total effective rate 76%;Raw rhubarb group total effective rate 42.1%,disease curative effect of cooked rhubarb group is significantly better than that of raw rhubarb group.(2)Both cooked rhubarb and raw rhubarb can improve patients' symptoms of TCM,cooked rhubarb group total effective rate 93.3%;Raw rhubarb group total effective rate 57.9%,TCM symptom curative effect of cooked rhubarb group is significantly better than that of raw rhubarb group.(3)Both cooked rhubarb and raw rhubarb can reduce BUN and Scr of patients,at the same time,both of them can improve PLT of patients.The curative effect of cooked rhubarb is better than that of raw rhubarb.(4)Cooked rhubarb is significantly lower than raw rhubarb on the incidence of side effects.Conclusions:After 44 cases of chronic renal failure patients with spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of the wet muddy syndrome before and after treatment the curative effect of contrast observation and statistics,rhubarb curative effect in chronic renal failure treatment;And compared with the raw rhubarb,cooked rhubarb on chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of the wet muddy syndrome treatment is more effective,can obviously improve the patient's clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,the raw rhubarb low rate of side effects.In clinical use,as long as the indications to grasp the accurate,timely treatment side effects,cooked rhubarb is safer and more effective treatment.
