Clinical Characteristics And Prognosis Of Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor Of The Pancreas: Comparison The Tumor Capsular Between The Complete And Incomplete

PurposeSummary different clinical characteristics of complete and incomplete tumor capsular in SPTP patients,and evaluate its therapeutic effect on patients after surgical about resection,prognosis,and overall survival rates,to further enhance theunderstanding of SPTP,clear the effects of coated the integrity on long-termsurvival rate of the disease.MethodsRetrospective analysisand collect 51 patients' medical records with solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas,in henan province people's hospital of liverand gallbladder surgical department,from October 2013 to October 2016.The number of complete tumor capsular cases is 33,the number of incomplete tumor capsular cases is 18.Compare the difference between complete and incomplete of the pancreas in solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas,about epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestation,laboratoryexamination,imaging features and pathological characteristics(the size of the tumor),the location of the tumor,surgical approach,the metastasis or recurrence after postoperative.And statisticthe overall survival rate after 1,2,3years about the disease itself and they respectively.Use statistical methods to compare the difference between with or without statistical significance.Results 1.From the aspects of epidemiological study found that,included in this study,Coated complete 33 cases,Coated incomplete 18 cases.Two groups of patients' age,gender differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05),more women can be found in patients with complete capsule,the age of its onset is more younger.2.From the aspects of clinical findings,half of the patients with no obvious symptoms,through physical examination to find.Patients with clinical symptoms are not obvious,also do not have specific.The Two groups of patients' clinical symptoms differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Laboratory tests: after statisticwe can found that,thegeneral examination of patients have no obvious specificity.Mainly compared the two groups of patients whether or not have difference on serum tumor marker,whether or not have clinical value.Two groups of patients with the results of the tumor markerwere no statistical differences,and the difference have no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.According to the results of preoperative imaging studies show that the character of coated complete tumor is cystic or solid placeholders,thecoated incomplete tumor is more of a solid performance for sacplaceholder.Cystic or solid form than similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),but when withcombined bile pancreatic duct expansion and calcification,the difference have no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.All patients were performed with surgical treatment,the difference has not statistically significant between the location of the tumor and the surgical approach(P<0.05),there are a lot of evidence for the selection of surgical procedure,the judgeis not only rely on the complete and incomplete of coated.6.After the operation,patients with coated complete compare with complications in 5 cases,patients with coated incomplete compare with complications in 6 cases,After active treatmentare discharged from hospital upon recovery.The integrity of capsule has no relation with wither or not compare with complications,andthe difference have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Andintegrity of the capsule has no relation with the size of the tumor,andthe difference have no statistical significance(P>0.05).7.The difference betweenmetastasis or recurrence after postoperativehave statistical significance(P<0.05),statistic the overall survival rate has no statistical significance with the complications(P>0.05),but the overall survival rate of patients with coated complete is higher than patients with coated incomplete.Conclusion 1.More women can be found in patients with complete capsule,the age of its onset is more younger.The ages of onset age women are less than men.2.The tumor with complete coate has distinct characteristicson imagingfeatures,can be used to determine whether the tumor capsular preoperative is complete,can provide certain helpfor the determination of operation method.The final diagnosis is relay on intraoperative exploration and postoperative pathology report.3.Coated complete tumors are benign lesions,less compare with postoperative recurrence or metastasis,can obtain higher long-term survival rate.But because of its low malignant tumor,should still be with follow-up after surgery.
