Background: Currently,cerebral infarction has become one of the most serious diseases which harm to people's health,it has high morbidity and high disability rate and high mortality,high recurrence rate and complication etc,and in recent years,with the change of the people's life style,cerebral infarction onset younger trend.Cerebral infarction not only damage patients ' health of body and mind,but also cause a huge economic burden to the patients' families and the whole society,so how to do the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease become nerve physician priority.There are many kinds of neurotrophic factors in the human body,they are widely distributed,acts on the nervous system,can affect the growth of nerve cells and glial cells,BDNF(brain derived neuro trophic factor,BDNF)is a member of neurotrophic factors.In recent years,Studies of BDNF in cerebral infarction have caused the attention for many domestic and foreign scholars.Objective: To assess the clinical significance of serous brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in acute cerebral infarction by measuring the change of its level in the patients with acute infarct of brain.Methods: The research is include the treatment group of 70 patients' with acute infarct of brain and the matched group of 20 healthy controls.patients ' blood specimen of the treatment group are collectd with in 24 hours,7days and 14 days after acute infarct of brain.The patients with acute infarct of brain are divided into 3 groups on the basis of the size of the cerebral infarction.Patients' blood specimen of the treatment group are collected within 24 hours,7days and 14 days after infarct of brain.Serous levels of BDNF of 70 cases of acute infarct of brain are measured by ELISA.20 healthy subjects set as matched group.Statistical processing is handled by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Serous levels of BDNF(ng/L)are 6.77±0.93?8.26±1.21?9.59±1.14 in the patients with acute infarct of brain after the onset of the 1d ? 7d and 14 d,the level of BDNF is 10.41±1.21 in healthy controls.Serous level of BDNF in patients with acute cerebral infraction after the onset 1d?7d and 14 d are significantly lower than healthy subjects(p<0.01).(2)Serous levels of BDNF were 6.09±0.62,7.15±0.61,8.66±0.61 in patients with acute infarct of brain which largest diameter of infarct is more than 50 mm after the occur of the 1d,7d,14 d.Serous levels of BDNF are 6.73±0.67,8.14±0.78,9.55±0.63 in patients with acute infarct of brain which largest diameter of necrosis is between 15 mm and 50 mm after the occur of the 1d,7d,14 d.Serous levels of BDNF were 7.50±0.93,9.18±1.19,10.55±1.18 in patients with acute infarct of brain which largest diameter of necrosis is less than 15 mm after the occur of the 1d,7d,14 d.The serous levels of BDNF in Large,medium and small size cerebral infarction are significant differences between groups;Serous levels of BDNF are significantly different in patients groups with acute infarct of brain after the occur of the 1d,7d,14d(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The serous level of BDNF decreased first and then increased in acute cerebral infarction.2.Serous level of BDNF with acute infarction have significant negative correlation with the area of cerebral infarction.3.Measuring the serous BDNF has a certain significance in assessing the state and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
