Clinical Research On Treatment Of Recovery Period Of Bell Palsy With Electroacupuncture And Pricking Blood

Objective:This research aims at the comparison between therapeutic effects of Bell palsy of treatment group(acupuncture and electro-acupuncture,pricking blood therapy)and control group(acupuncture and electro-acupuncture),to find a better solution and more options for the treatment of Bell palsy.Methods:70 patients with Bell palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 35 cases.the treatment group was treated by acupuncture and electro-acupuncture therapy,pricking blood therapy;the control group was treated by acupuncture and electro-acupuncture therapy.The H-B classification and facial injury scores of two groups were observed and compared when before acupuncture treatment,treatment for 10 times,20 times,30times,then do statistical data analysis by SPSSS21.0 softwere.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05)between the two groups that the two groups of patients who met the inclusion criteria were analyzed statistically in the terms of age,gender,course of disease,facial injury scores.The results showed that the two groups were comparable.2.Analysis of results after a period of treatment(10 times treatment):(1)There was a significant difference(P < 0.01)that the treatment group and the control group in the facial injury scores compared with before treatment,the results showed that the two treatment methods are effective after a period of treatment of the two groups. (2)There was no significant difference(P >0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the facial injury scores,this results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of facial scores after a course of treatment.(3)There was no significant difference(P >0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the H-B classification,this results showed that There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of H-B classification after a course of treatment.(4)There was no significant difference(P >0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the curative effect,this results showed that there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups after a course of treatment.3.Analysis of results after two periods of treatment(20times treatment):(1)There was significant difference(P < 0.05)in the facial injury scores between the treatment group and the control group,this results showed that the therapeutic method of the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of facial injury scores after two periods of treatment.(2)There was significant difference(P < 0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the H-B classification,this results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of H-B classification after two periods of treatment.(3)There was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the curative effect,this results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the therapeutic effect after two periods of treatment.4.Analysis of results after three periods of treatment(30times treatment):(1)There was significant difference(P < 0.05)in the facial injury scores between the treatment group and the control group,this results showed that the therapeutic method of the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of facial injury scores after three periods of treatment.(2)There was significant difference(P < 0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the H-B classification,this results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of H-B classification after three periods of treatment.(3)The treatment group and control group were compared on curative effect:The treatment group: 14 cases were cured,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 1cases,the cure rate was 46.667%,the effective rate was 96.667%,the effective rate was 100%;The control group:8 cases were cured,markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 6 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the cure rate was 25.806%,the effective rate was 77.419%,the effective rate was 96.774%.there was significant differences(P < 0.05)in the curative effect,this results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group after three periods of treatment.Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and the control group had significant treatment effects on the treatment of Bell palsy.2.There was an advantages of the treatment group that compared with the control group in the treatment of Bell palsy.It is a better method for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis of recovery period,it has a positive effect on the recovery of Bell palsy.
