The Clinical Observation Of The Shen Gui Hu Xin Soup To Treat HFpEF (Heart-tyang Deficiency)

Objective:Through observing the changed Shen Gui Hu Xin soup’s clinical curative effect on the patients with HFpEF(heart-yang deficiency),to provide a way for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The selected patients came from the heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular clinic during January 2016 to December 2016.All of them were diagnosed with HFpEF(heart-yang deficiency).64 cases were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Each group included 32 cases.The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with the conventional western medicine and the changed Shen Gui Hu Xin soup.The whole course of the treatment was 8 weeks.At the end of the study,the treatment group included 30 cases,and the control group included 30 cases.Comparing the two groups before and after the treatment of the following indexs:the heart function classification,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome integral,the BNP and homocysteine level,and the echocardiographic indexs(e’,E/e’,LVMI).Results:(1)The cardiac function classification’s effect:The control group’s total effective rate was 65.52%,the treatment group’s total effective rate was 86.67%.Comparing between groups,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group to improve cardiac function classification was better than the control group.(2)The TCM syndrome integral:After treatment,both groups’integral were decreased(P<0.01),the treatment group reduced TCM syndrome integrall more significantly,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The control group’s total effective rate was 65.52%,the treatment group’s total effective rate was 90.00%.Comparing between groups,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.01),the treatment group to improve the effect of TCM syndrome was better.(3)The Hcy and BNP level:Two groups’ Hcy and BNP level decreased after treatment(P<0.01).Comparing between groups,the treatment group reduced the Hcy and BNP level better,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.01).(4)Echocardiography indexs:Comparing the two groups’e’,E/e’ and LVMI before and after treatment,the indexs was improved(P<0.01).After treatment,Comparing between groups’e’ and E/e’,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing between groups’LVMI after treatment,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).In general,the treatment group had better effect to improve the diastolic function.Conclusion:(1)The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin soup can improve the clinical symptoms of heart failure and the TCM syndrome in the patients with HFpEF(heart-yang deficiency).(2)The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin soup can reduce Hcy and BNP level of the patients with HFpEF(heart-yang deficiency).(3)The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin soup can improve the diastolic function of the patients with HFpEF(heart-yang deficiency).
