Analysis Of Related Factors Of Vertebral Basilar Artery Vm In Patients With Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is a common and frequently occurring disease in the Department of orthopedics.According to experts and scholars at home and abroad,vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is second only to nerve root type cervical spondylosis.The main and head rotation about its clinical features associated with symptoms of dizziness,tinnitus,blurred,confused things,serious patient suddenly fainted,unconscious and even endanger the health and life.Objective:Objective to investigate the influence of CSA on the mean velocity of vertebral basilar artery(Vm)in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis by transcranial color Doppler ultrasonography(TCD)and digital X radiography(DR).Methods:All patients were selected from 01 months of 2016 to 201-7,the First Affiliated Hospital of,the First Affiliated Hospital of orthopedics and traumatology of.The patients in the outpatient department of the Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine were diagnosed by TCD and DR.The average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral basilar artery(Vm)and the degree of displacement of the cervical intervertebral space narrowing,uncovertebral joint space stenosis,cervical structure changes(curve straight,angle,kyphosis,spondylolisthesis),intervertebral foramen'narrowing of the relationship.Result:Through the experiment of 100 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were analyzed by intracranial Doppler(TCD)and digital radiography(DR)inspection found several factors,the intervertebral space narrowing,intervertebral foramen narrowing,uncovertebral joint space narrowing,and the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra displacement changes have correlation.There are significant differences between the flow velocity and the displacement and the degree of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of cervical vertebra-basilar artery,Conclusion:1.This study found that patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis are widespread displacement of cervical instability changes,changes its form is more complicated periodically,prompt clinical doctors in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients should consider more to maintain the stability of the cervical spine,let patients wearing a collar.2.From the data analysis,the degree of displacement of the cervical spine and vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity between the most relevant.3.The results of this study has good guiding significance to the clinical work,intracranial doppler(TCD)and digital photography(DR),is an important objective index for clinical diagnosis,has high diagnostic value.
