Objective:Based on the establishment of Abnorrmal Sapra Syndrome rat model carrying Ulcerative Colitis(UC)and UC rat model then interfered by Xipayi Kui Jie’an;Appling the Metabonomics technology through nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),explore the relationship between Abnormal Sapra Syndrome model,UC and the mechanism of Xipayi Kui Jie’an.Methods:(1)According to the Uyghur traditional medicine theory,establish Abnormal Spara Syndrome rat model then rat model of Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC were caused by "DNCB+Acetic acid",interfered by Xipayi Kui Jie’an;(2)After establish rat model carrying UC then interfered by Xipayi Kui Jie’an;(3)efficacy evaluation analysis of Xipayi Kui Jie’an by behavior and Pathological changes of each group;(4)1H-NMR based metabonomic analysis was performed on urine samples to confirm the metabolites of each group.Results:(1)Abnormal Sapra Syndrome rat model and Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC were established successfully,in according to the establishment of standard;(2)There are inflammatory reaction in rat colon and liver tissue in Abnormal Sapra Syndrome rat model.Morphological abnormalities of Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC are more serious;(3)After interfered by Xipayi Kui Jie’an,these morphological abnormalities were cured;(4)We found the lutamine,a-ketoglutaric acid,carnitine,citric acid,creatina,alanine,phenylalanine,tyrosine,isoleucine,leucine,glycoprotein,histidine and β-hydroxybutyric acid were abnormal in the urine of the rat model carrying UC and Abnormal Sapra Syndrome rat model carrying UC.These above mentioned metabolic components were recovered after interfered by Xipayi Kui Jie’an.Compared with the Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC negative control group,Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC low-dose group,Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC middle-dose group and Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC high-dose group rats’ urine metabolic components were different(P<0.05).Compared with the UC negative control group,UC low-dose group,UC middle-dose group and UC high-dose group rats’ urine metabolic components were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Xipayi Kui Jie’an has conspicuous prevention and treatment effect on Abnormal Sapra Syndrome rat model carrying UC;(2)Xipayi Kui Jie’an may treat the Abnormal Sapra Syndrome carrying UC and UC by improving abnormal carbohydrate,lipid,protein and energy metabolism of the Abnormal Sapra Syndrome rat model carrying UC and rat model carrying UC.
