Objective:To explore the relationship between the different stages of diabetic r etinopathy and the related factors of vascular endothelial function, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the function of vascular endothelium to find a way to delay or even inhibit the occurrence or progression of DR.Methods:(1)collected in March 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital ophthalmology and endocrinology,178 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in hospital and health control group,62 cases of blood specimen;(2)according to the results of fundus fluorescence an giography(FFA)vessels without retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes, non v alue-added retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes, incremental retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes and control group a total of four groups;(3)to detec t blood samples of antithrombin-III(AT-III),fibrinolytic enzyme activation inhibitor(PAI),the original organization type fibrinolytic enzyme activator(t PA)indexand t he correlation of diabetic retinopathy in installment. Results:This study showed thatt he difference of AT-III level between NDR group,NPDR group,PDR group and c ontrol group was statistically significant(P <0.05);PDR levels in NDR group,NP DR group,PDR group and control group were statistically different(P< 0.05).The re was no significant difference in t-PA levels between t-PA NDR group,NPDR gr oup,PDR group and control group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The degree of diabetic retinopathy has a close relationship with the content of antithrombin III and plasminogen activator inhibitor, and it is closely related to the function of vascular endothelium.
