Objective: To explore the application value of dual imaging mode in the diagnosis and severity assessment of Parkinson's disease?PD?by combining the brain metabolism of 18F-FDG with 11C-CFT dopamine transporter?DAT?PET imaging.Methods: 62 PD patients and 30 healthy controls were performed 18F-FDG cerebral metabolic and 11C-CFT dopamine transporter?DAT?positron emission tomography?PET?dual imaging examination,by outline the regions of interest?ROI?,analysis PET image in PD patients and healthy controls in the basal ganglia brain glucose metabolism and DAT distribution difference in 18F-FDG and 11C-CFT PET imaging,and further 62 PD patients were divided into different extremity symptoms,different clinical stages of HY,different age subgroups group,analysis of 11C-CFT DAT uptake in characteristics of PET imaging in different groups of PD patients,To explore the application value of 18F-FDG combined with 11C-CFT brain dopamine PET dual imaging in the diagnosis and severity of Parkinson's disease.Results: Compared with healthy controls,18F-FDG PET imaging in PD patients mainly in bilateral basal ganglia putamen increased symmetrically and meanwhile some patients accompanied with metabolism of cerebral cortex to varying degrees reduce.There was significant difference uptake value of 11C-CFT in the caudate nucleus,putamen,middle and posterior part of the bilateral basal ganglia between PD group and healthy controls group?p < 0.05?,11C-CFT PET imaging in PD patients,DAT distribute in bilateral caudate nucleus and bilateral anterior putamen ? medio-putamen ? posterior putamen decreased in different degrees;No matter symptoms of unilateral or bilateral,both on the contralateral basal ganglia putamen DAT distribute decreased,posterior putamen DAT distribute decreased more prominently.HY staging for patients with early PD compared with healthy group,11C-CFT uptake in bilateral basal ganglia showed asymmetry reduction;HY staging for patients with advanced PD compared with healthy group,bilateral basal ganglia showed a reduced uptake of symmetry.the advanced PD group in basal ganglia DAT distribute more obvious than the early group PD;There was no significant difference uptake value of 11C-CFT in Different subgroups of age that EOPD and LOPD.Conclusion: 18F-FDG PET combined with 11C-CFT PET imaging has application value in PD diagnosis and severity assessment;11C-CFT PET imaging between healthy subjects and PD patients,especially with high value of diagnosis in different period sooner or later and the severity of the different clinical HY stage PD,but it is not significant in different age subtypes.
