Objective:To explore the characteristics of 18F-FDG cerebral metabolic?11C-CFT dopamine transporter and11C-RAC dopamine D2 receptor PET image,To analyze the application value of diagnosis and severity evaluation in Parkinson's disease?PD?by combine with three method.Methods:22 PD patients and 23 healthy group were take of18F-FDG?11C-CFT and 11C-RAC positron emission tomography,analysis the imaging characteristics of three tracer,and PD group compared with control group,using the region of interest techniques?ROI?,to measure the uptake value of 18F-FDG?11C-CFT and 11C-RAC on the caudate nucleus and putamen in bilateral basal ganglia region,to compare the PD and control group have statistical difference in the uptake value of bilateral basal ganglia region by using the paired t test,furthermore by the characteristics of 11C-CFT PET image divided into the PD group to mild?moderate and severe installment,respectively analysis feature of the18F-FDG and11C-RAC PET image and analysis different situation of PD group by combined using the three method.Results:uptake value of18F-FDG mainly in bilateral basal ganglia to decreased compared with the healthy group,and uptake value of putamen were higher than caudate nucleus,with the development of the disease the uptake value of basal ganglia region have upwardtrend;and uptake value of 11C-CFT distribute in bilateral caudate nucleus?bilateral anterior-putamen?medio-putamen?posterior-putamen were decreased,and with the development of the disease the uptake value of basal ganglia region have reduce trend,and begins with a decrease in the posterior-putamen;the uptake value of 11C-RAC were increased in the bilateral medio-putamen and posterior-putamen on the same side;the divided into by characteristics of 11C-CFT PET image:the corresponding uptake value of 18F-FDG were decreased in the bilateral caudate nucleus and putamen,while analysis the corresponding11C-RAC PET express increased on the bilateral medio-putamen and posterior-putamen on the same side.Conclusion:18F-FDG?11C-CFT and 11C-RAC PET image had important application value in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease,evaluate the PD condition and study pathogenesis,combine with three method is more helpful for early diagnosis,the differential diagnosis and evaluation of the severity of the disease,to bring clinical evaluation from the molecular level.
