Objective:To study the difference between the 11C-CFT dopamine transporter?DAT?positron emission tomography?positronemissiontomography,PET?between the early and late stage of H-Y classification, early onset and late onset, tremor and non tremor type Parkinson's disease. Methods:a retrospective case-control study was used to select 75cases of primary PD and 13 normal subjects as the control group. The demographic and clinical information and the results of 11C-CFT-DAT-PET imaging were statistically analyzed. The clinical characteristics of PD patients and the different subtypes of Parkinson patients and the difference of11C-CFT PET imaging intake were compared and studied. Results:the uptake of 11C-CFT in the caudate nucleus and putamen was significantly lower in the PD group than in the control group, and the11C-CFT uptake value of the contralateral basal ganglia was significantly reduced. The difference of11C-CFT uptake in the early and late PD group was mainly concentrated in the anterior putamen, the posterior putamen and caudate nucleus in the bilateral basal ganglia, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The 11C-CFT uptake was significantly reduced in the early and late PD basal ganglia putamen, and later the putamen was reduced, and all of the 11C-CFT uptake was taken against the lateral basal ganglia of the basal ganglia. The reduction is most obvious. The average 11C-CFT uptake of the caudate caudate nucleus, the contralateral caudate nucleus, the anterior shell nucleus, the contralateral prenuclear shell and the onset of the post lateral nuclear shell in the advanced PD patients was 5%,10%,15%,7%and 14%,respectively,in the early PD group. There was no significant difference in the11C-CFT uptake between the YOPD and LOPD groups, the bilateral basal ganglia, the posterior putamen and the caudate nucleus between the TDT and nTDT groups?P>0.05?.Conclusion:it is of good evaluation value for 11C-CFT PET imaging in early and late H-Y patients, but 11C-CFT PET imaging is not significant in the differentiation of patients with different onset age subtypes and different subtypes of tremor.
