Objective: Discuss different fluid resuscitation on uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock rats electrolyte and the influence of the indexes of blood coagulation function.Materials and Methods: Only 12 weeks of age 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: NC group(blank control group)surgery only on rats and monitor but not to bleed;NF(uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock group)in the operation and monitoring in rats and bleeding uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock model but not liquid recovery;Conventional liquid resuscitation group after the shock of rats model using 4% succinyl gelatin and compound sodium chloride injection will adequately rehydration blood pressure returned to normal level(80 MMHG);Restrictive liquid resuscitation group using 4% succinyl gelatin and 7.5% hypertonic saline for recovery in rats blood pressure control in just 60 MMHG,10 only 15 rats in each group surgery,such as a death or recovery effect is not satisfied with the rats,replace with the remaining five cuhk rat shock after model establishment by stopping bleeding and blood doping methods to maintain blood pressure shock 60 min,for different categories of SD rat selective liquid recovery,recovery according to need and different ways to request blood pressure(the conventional liquid resuscitation group 75-85 MMHG,restrictive fluid resuscitation group 55-65 MMHG)30min after take the rat peripheral blood test the electrolytes in the blood and blood coagulation function,put to death in the rat.Results: Compared with NC group,each group of rats are evident in the electrolyte disorder and coagulant function abnormality,the NF is not recovery group is most serious,restrictive liquid recovery unrestricted liquid resuscitation group is obviously better than the group of the indicators,the indicators in the two groups compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with non system fluid resuscitation,restrictive liquid recovery can better improve the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock rats of coagulant function abnormality and correct electrolyte disorder,for uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock rats anti-shock treatment is better than that of unrestricted liquid recovery.
