The Study On The Risk Factors Of Female Breast Cancer In Shanxi Province And "Prevention Before Illness” Intervening In Breast Cancer

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of female breast cancer in Taiyuan area;To explore the significance of TCM “Prevention before illness”in the prevention of breast cancer.MethodSurvey crowd: At the age of 35-75,the female primary breast cancers who have been diagnosed by pathologically from breast surgery of the Shanxi Provincial Institute of TCM and the outpatient physical examination and the clinical diagnosis of breast without abnormal phenomena women were collected at the same time?Investigation content : breast surgery of our hospital participated in 12 th Five-Year of National S&T Planed Projects research for establishment of screening model for breast cancer in China?the survey questionnaire of breast cancer risk factors,the content contained5 aspects:general condition,Menstrual history and obstetric history,familial hered of breast cancer,breast of benign biopsy history,psychological factors.Combining with Taiyuan features,design questionnaire 2 “risk factors of breast cancer supplementary questionnaire”,including diet factors and lifestyle factors.Methods:a case-control study was conducted,and the investigators conducted face-to-face questionnaires.60 cases of breast cancer were collected before diagnosis,120 cases information of the control group before investigation.Using EXCEL to build a database,and using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analysis.Using x2 checkout the count data,using t checkout the measurement data,using 1:2 conditional pairing multivariate Logistic regression analysis Observation index which have statistical significance,calculating the value of OR and 95%CI,to study the relationship between risk factors and breast cancer,the difference P<0.05 has statistically significant.ResultsPatient group and control group in age,education,occupation,marital status,family history of live births,oral contraceptives,history of menopause in comparison,no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05);the two groups in the age of menarche,number,number of abortion,history of breastfeeding,breastfeeding time.The legacy of family history,history of benign breast lesions biopsy,depression,eating soy products,drinking in the comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that high body mass index,multiple abortions,benign breast lesions biopsy history,family history of breast cancer,depression degree,eating soy products,alcohol are risk factors of female breast cancer in Taiyuan area.The term production number,long time breastfeeding is a risk factor for breast cancer in Taiyuan area happen.ConclusionFrom the statistical results,the incidence of breast cancer is the result of many factors.Therefore,we should adopt various means to prevent breast cancer.Under the guidance of "disease control" raised by traditional Chinese medicine theory,here now presents you with several measures concerning female breast cancer in Shanxi province,with giving full play to advantage of traditional Chinese breast cancer prevention: 1.Dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine interventions.2.Rational diet.3.Balance between work and leisure.4.Self-cultivation 5.Timely procreation and maternal feeding.6.focusing on high-risk population census.
