Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Immune Fuction By Asparagus Oral Liquid In The Patients With Advanced NSCLC

1 Objective By comparing the changes of immune index before and after the treatment of asparagus oral solution combined with chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone,to observe the effects of asparagus oral solution on the immune fuction and chemother-apy related adverse reactions(myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting),the KPS,etc,of the patients,who were advanced NSCLC,in order to provide the basis for TCM prevention and treatment of cancer.2 Methods57 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=28)and control group(n=29).According to different pathological types and disease progression,the different chemotherapy regimens(TP,NP,GP,Pemetrexed + cisplatin regimen)were used in control group,and routinely use the 5-serotonin receptor antagonist to prevent nausea and vomiting.On this basis,observation group take the asparagus oral solution continuously from the first day of chemotherapy.After 2 chemotherapy cycles,we observed the incidence rates of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions in the first cycle and the second cycle respectively and collected the peripheral blood before and 21 days after the first cycle chemotherapy and the second cycle chemotherapy to detect the related immune indexes to evaluate the curative effect.3 Results(1)The changes of immune indexes: After treatment the RBC-C3 b RR in control group was lower than before(P<0.05),and the RBC-ICR was higher than before(P<0.01),the differences had statistical significance;the RBC-C3 b RR in observation group was higer than before,and the RBC-ICR was lower than before(P<0.01),the differences were statistical significance.The percentage of CD3+,CD4+T cells and the proportion ofCD4+T/CD8+T in the control group decreased and the proportion of CD8+T cells increased after the treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,The percentage of CD3+,CD4+T cells and CD4+T/CD8+T in observation group were higher and the proportion of CD8+T cells was lower than before(P<0.01),and the differences were statistically significant.(2)The changes of KPS: The changes of KPS in control group were not obvious after treatment(P=0.691),but the KPS of the observation group was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The KPS of the observation group was higher than the control group anter treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of adverse reactions: In the two chemotherapy cycles,The incidence of nausea and vomiting and myelosuppression in the control group was higher than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Conclusion Chemotherapy on patients with advanced NSCLC have a certain inhibitory effect of immune function,and asparagus oral solution can improve the patients' immune function,besides,asparagus oral solution can also relieve and reduce the incidence of the chemotherapy related adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,myelosuppression,and improve the KPS.In other words,asparagus oral solution will make the patients complete the chemotherapy and improve the quality of patients' life.
