Clinical Study Of Fuzheng Oral Liquid In Treating Bone Metastasis Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Purpose:The study of non-small cell lung cancer with bone metastasis and pain intensity changes of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in patients with TCM syndrome score changes,serum markers of bone metabolism changes and improve the quality of life and adverse reaction index through,the observation of Fuzheng oral liquid treatment,to verify the Fuzheng oral liquid in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome clinical curative effect of bone metastasis of non small cell lung cancer at the same time;to provide scientific basis for clinical application of Fuzheng oral liquid on bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods:60 cases of this disease were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random principle,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral administration of Fuzheng oral liquid plus zoledronic acid intravenous drip,and the control group was given zoledronic acid intravenous drip.The treatment period was 3 months.The pain score changes,TCM syndrome integral changes,serum bone metabolism markers,quality of life improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)the curative effect evaluation of pain relief:two groups of pain patients were alleviated,two groups had significant differences(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;in terms of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score:after treatment,the two groups in the total improvement rate of symptoms have significant differences.Comparison(P<0.05),the treatment group symptoms improved significantly better than the control group;the serum markers of bone metabolism:after treatment,the average level of serum BALP,ICTP levels lower than the control group,the two groups after treatment the average serum BALP,ICTP content was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group can significantly reduce the serum BALP,ICTP content;quality of life:the changes of KPS score after treatment efficiency of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);the treatment group improved quality of life than the control group more advantages;(2)safety evaluation Estimate:two groups of adverse reactions were fever,muscle soreness,nausea and so on.Most of them were mild to moderate,and relieved by symptomatic treatment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:According to the research that Fuzheng oral liquid with zoledronic acid has synergistic effect in treatment of bone metastasis,and did not appear to be related with Fuzheng oral liquid obvious side effects in the course of the study,that Fuzheng oral liquid combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of non positive patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,small cell lung cancer with bone metastases safe and reliable,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
