events in terms of theory and practice development.Method In April 2015-December in anhui traditional Chinese old heart diagnosed coronary heart disease with 40 patients with unstable angina.Using lipid,Total cholesterol,Total cholesterol,TC),CRP and homocysteine(Homocysteinemia,Hcy),and other information.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)determination of two groups of patients’ serum significance.Results1,the general data in the control group(conventional western medicine therapy)20 people,with male 12,female 8 people,all the patients were between 50-79 years old,average(60.12-10.95).Group(conventional western medicine therapy with reasons of huoxue jiedu decoction on the basis of 150 ml bid)20 people,including 9 cases of male and female in 11 cases,patients age 48-78,average(60.05-10.71).In the two groups of patients gender,age,there was no statistically significant difference statistically compare(z,X~2 value were 1.16,1.16,P > 0.05).2,two groups of related biochemical indexes comparison between group TC,TG,HDL,there was no statistically significant difference LDH(t value are: 0.327,1.43,o.758,0.085,P >0.05).3,the two groups after treatment of IL-37,gm-csf,CRP expression level was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < o.05);Group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment of IL-37,gm-csf,CRP expression level slightly lower,statistically significant difference(P < o.05).The two groups before treatment IL-37,gm-csf,CRP expression level difference is no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion Treatment after liver and kidney function,blood lipids in patients with no significant changes in blood sugar,blood coagulation function of serum gm-csf,IL-37,CRP levels are significantly lower than before treatment.Kidney invigorate the circulation of jiedu decoction combined conventional western medicine therapy can inhibit serum gm-csf,IL-37,elevated CRP expression.Can better inhibit inflammation factor expression,Increase plaque stability,suppress the AS process,reduce the occurrence of CHD. |
