Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyu Hejiang decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease of liver and stomach heat syndrome with anxiety state,and to evaluate it objectively.From the medical theory and clinical research in two aspects of its treatment of non-erosive reflux disease liver and stomach heat syndrome card mechanism.Methods:Through GerdQ,endoscopy,PPI diagnostic test,non-erosive reflux disease liver and stomach heat syndrome clinical symptoms grading quantitative score table for patients with Western medicine diagnosis,in line with diagnostic criteria,and meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria to fill the anxiety self-assessment(SAS),patients with SAS score greater than 50 were screened.Finally,a total of 62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group of 31 cases.the actual data were 61 cases,the treatment group of 30 cases,the control group 31.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules.The treatment group was treated with Qingyu Hejiang decoction on the basis of western medicine.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Thesymptoms were scored at the end of treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Through the back and forth points to understand the patient's condition changes.Compare and evaluate the treatment effect and observe the recurrence of disease after withdrawal.Results:1.The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 87.1% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.722 P>0.05).In the gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)after the treatment of the symptoms,the treatment group and the control group in improving the reflux,heartburn and other typical symptoms no significant difference.There were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group were effective in improving the symptoms.2.Before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups,the treatment group and the control group have a significant effect,The total effective rate was93.3% in the treatment group and 74.2% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.044 P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group to improve the NERD liver and stomach heat syndrome is better than the control group.3.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients with liver and stomach Yu heat syndrome symptoms,the group before and after their comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group were better;Comparison between the two groups aftertreatment,for the two fullness or pain,belching,constipation,loss of appetite symptoms improved significantly statistically significant(P <0.05).There were significant differences in the symptoms of belching,constipation and loss of appetite(P<0.01),There was no significant difference in other symptoms(P> 0.05),indicating that the treatment group in improving systemic symptoms is better than the control group.4.There were significant differences in SAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P = 0.000,P <0.01),There was no statistically significant difference in the control group(P = 0.083,P> 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was improved The patient's anxiety status was significantly better than the control group.5.The recurrence rates were 3.3% and 26.0% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.013,P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group Compared with the control group recurrence rate is low.Conclusion:Qingyu Hejiang decoction combined with omeprazole treatment of non-erosive reflux disease liver and stomach heat syndrome effect is clear,the clinical low recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reactions.Qingyu Hejiang decoction can effectively improve the patient's systemic symptoms and anxiety,improve the quality of life of patients.
