Objective:To observe the the clinical effect of ShuJiang HeWei I Decoction(Xiaochaihu Decoctio-n Combined with SiNiSan)on the treatment of liver and stomach incoordination type non-ero-sive reflux disease,in order to provide objective and effective treatment plan for the clinic,at the same time,to explore the relationship between the liver and stomach incoordination type non-erosive reflux disease and anxiety and depression. Methods:To select 60 patiens diagnosed as liver and stomach incoordination type non-erosive refl-ux disease in the gastroenterology clinic/ward of the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to F-ujian University of traditional Chinese medicine Hospital from February 2016 to February 20-17,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each gr-oup.The experimental group was treated with ShuJiang HeWei I Decoction, the control group was treated with lansoprazole and mosapride, treatment for 4 weeks. After the end of treatme-nt,comparisoned of the results of GerdQ scale, liver and stomach incoordination type gastroe-sophageal reflux disease symptom scale, self rating anxiety scale(SAS)score, self rating depr-ession scale(SDS)score, esophageal manometry,24 hourPH/impedance monitoring of the t-wo groups before and after treatments, finally used SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis,P<0.05 said the difference was statistically significant.Result:1.Comparison of reflux symptoms:both groups' GerdQ scale scores descreased significa-ntly after treatment than before(P<0.05),which prompted that the two schemes were both e-ffective.Comparison among groups:there was no significant difference between the two grou-ps after treatment(P>0.05),which prompted the curative effects of two schemes were equiva-lent.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome:both groups' liver and stomach incoordination type ga-stroesophageal reflux disease symptom scale scores descreased significantly after treatment t-han before(P<0.05),which prompted that the two schemes were both effective.Comparison among groups:there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group. At the same time,compa-risoned of the two groups' TCM syndrome curative effect grade, the results also showed that t-he difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which prompted that the imp-rovement effect of the experimental group was more obvious.3.Comparison of esophageal manometry indexes:both groups' lower esophageal sphinct-er resting pressure(LESP)and average alue of distal systolic integral(DCI)rised significantly after treatment than before(P?0.05),which prompted that the two schemes were both effect-ive in improving the function of lower esophageal sphincter and contraction of esophageal bo-dy.Comparison among groups:there were both no significant differences between the the two gro-ups after treatment(P>0.05),which prompted the curative effects of two schemes were equiv-alent.4.Comparison of 24 hours PH/impedance dates:both groups' DeMeester score and total r-eflux times descreased significantly after treatment than before(P<0.05),which prompted t-hat the two schemes were both effective in improving reflux.Comparison among groups:there were both no significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),which prompted the curative effects of two schemes were equivalent.5.Comparison of the emotion of anxiety and depression:both groups' SAS score and SDS score descreased Significantly after treatment than before(P<0.05),which prompted that the two schemes were both effective in improving the emotion of anxiety and depression.Compa-rison among groups:there were both significant differences between the two groups after trea-tment(P<0.05),which prompted the experimental group was better than the control group.6.The correlation between TCM syndrome and anxiety and depression:the correlation c-oefficient between the liver and stomach incoordination symptom scale score and SAS score before treatment was 0.402,and the correlation coefficient with SDS score was 0.321.Conclusion:1.ShuJiang He-Wei I Decoction was effective in improving reflux symptoms,TCM syn-drome,the function of lower esophageal sphincter, contraction of esophageal body, reflux and the emotion of anxiety and depression of liver and stomach incoordination type non-erosive r-eflux.2.The liver and stomach incoordination type non-erosive reflux was associated with anx-iety and depression, and the correlation coefficients were:0.402;0.321.
