Clinical Observation Of Liangge San And Zuojing Pill On Treatment Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (Liver And Stomach Heat Retention Syndrome)

Objective:This research topic is to observe the clinical effect of Liangge San combined with Zuojin Pill in the treatment of NERD(liver and stomach heat retention syndrome).Through the observation of this research,to verify the clinical effect of the modified treatment of this formula,so as toprovide a new treat mentidea and scheme for the clinical treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.Based on this,Professor Liu Tiejun is summarized the academic thought of treating spleen and stomach Disease with "xiafa".Methods:All patients were selected from the outpatient studio of Professor Liu Tiejun in the Department of liver,spleen and gastropathy,the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to September2019,and the diagnosis of the selected patients met the diagnostic criteria of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver and stomach heat retention syndrome).After signing the informed consent,72 patients successfully entered the trial,and the selected cases were divided into two groups by a randomized and controlled method,which were 36 cases each in the experimental treatment group and the control treatment group.The two groups of patients were then treated for a period of 4 weeks.The experimental treatment group was treated with Liangge San combined with Zuojin Pill,and the control treatment group was treated with Weinekang capsule.After the patients completed the trial treatment,the follow-up was conducted at 8 weeks and the RDQ questionnaire was compiled to compare the situation and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results:After removing 4 patients in each group,32 patients in each group successfully completed the experiment according to the treatment plan.After treatment,the overall efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was 96.9% and 84.4%,respectively.The total score of symptoms before and after treatment was 21.38 ± 4.37 and5.66±4.28 in the treatment group and 21.34 ± 4.94 and 12.16 ± 6.49 in the control group.The total score of RDQ was observed,before and after treatment:treatment group23.16±5.93,6.03±5.06,control group 23.09±6.12,10.97±6.27.The relapse rate in the test group was 3.23%,the control group was 23.08%.All the data above were statistically significant(P<0.05).In conclusion,the therapeutic effect and prognosis of Liangge San combined with Zuojin Pill are better than that of weinikang capsule.Conclusion:Liangge San combined with Zuojin Pill has a significant effect on improving symptoms and signs,reducing recurrence rate and so on.It is superior to weinikang capsule.It gives full play to the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine and provides a more effective scheme for the treatment of NERD.
