| Objective:The clinical observation is mainly designed to observe the patients who are applied of traditional Chinese medicine clyster combined with Western medicine for treatment of chronic active ulcerative colitis(syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestin).It aims to observe and record the symptoms and signs,laboratory inspection results and the recurrence times during the process,compared with the control group.What,s more,in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment,it,s necessary to compare the two groups in the therapeutic effect and the rencent and long-term efficacy after the patients received correspondent treatment,which provides the basis of treatment of ulcerative colitis by using Dichangyuyuang Decoction clyster in future clinicalMethod:The patients of the observation in 64 cases were selected from Hubei Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from October 2015 to October 2016,optical valley taste sickroom,and the patients were randomly divided into 32 experimental groups,and 32 the other control group.The control group received western medicine Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets pharmaceutical,oral,1.0g/time,3 times/day.Whose treatment is 2 month.Compared with the control group,the treatment group add self-prescription Dichangyuyang Decoction(prescription:the root of Chinese pulsatilla 10 g,indigo naturalis 10 g,Coptis chinensis 10 g,golden cypress carbonization 10 g,Herba Patriniae 10 g,rhizoma bletillae 15 g,panax notoginseng 5g,cattail pollen 10 g,sophora flower carbonization 10g)It should be used a daily agent,fried with water to 300 ml,and divided into two in morning and evening,and used 150 ml enema each time,continuously for 2 month.The Changes of TCM syndrome integral,colonic mucous membrane performance rating,disease activity index,WBC and OB examination results in the two groups are compared at the end of the treatment.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%.Between the two groups,the differences were characterized by statistically significance(p<0.05);What,s more,the two groups demonstrated the statistically significance in the improvement of TCM syndrome score,the reduction of the DAI index,and the improvement of TCM syndrome,the improvement of the evaluation of endoscopic mucosal conditions and the OB examination index.As the results,the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference between the two groups in improving the CRP number(p>0.05).(2)In the course of treatment,occasional headache were found in the patients of two groups.The phenomenon of diarrhea in patients could get worse in the initial stage,but better few days later,which was related to the side effects and drug resistance of mesalazine;According to a three months follow-up treatment,2 people were recurred in the treatment group,while 10 people in the control group?The recurrence rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group? Conclusion:Dichangyuyang decoction clyster,which is combined the salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride oral can effectively treat activity chronic ulcerative colitis(syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestin)patients,and can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and reduce DAI index,restoring the intestinal mucosa of patients with low recurrence rate?It is safe and effective when applied in clinic and worthy of spreading?... |
