A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Turbid Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Anti-wind Medicine Combined With Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufeng medicine combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,90 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome of phlegm and turbidity blocking)were included in this study.They were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with routine western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Gualou xiebai banxia decoction,qiang huo and luoshiteng;the control group 1 was treated with routine western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Gualou xiebai banxia decoction;the control group 2 was treated with routine western medicine;daily I,twice in the morning and evening,for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy,the level of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,FIB),blood lipid,safety and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of angina symptom and traditional Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group in the efficacy of angina pectoris and TCM syndrome,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of anti-inflammatory,hs-CRP and FIB in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of blood lipid,TC in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),TG and HDL in the three groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),LDL in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups in ECG effect.In terms of safety,no special adverse events were observed in the three groups,before and after treatment,there was no obvious abnormality in liver and kidney function,blood routine,stool routine,urine routine.Conclusion:On the basis of Qufeng medicine,the treatment of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm turbid and blocking type,reduce the syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce blood lipid,and have good safety.Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory factors.
