The Clinical Research Of Treatment About Allergic Rhinitis By Strengthening Earth To Generate Metal And Acupuncturing

ObjectiveAllergic rhinitis is an allergic disease based on the lesion in the nasal mucosal,and it is a common disease of ENT.Patients often have the symptoms of nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose after exposure to allergens.The current incidence rate is rising.In addition,the illness repeats and it is difficult to heal for the patients of perennial allergic rhinitis.Moreover,it leads to or combines with asthma and other respiratory diseases.Although western medicine can improve symptoms in the short term,the side effects are obvious if patients take medicine in the long term,besides medicine can not change the constitution which is easy to allergies fundamentally.Immunity therapy and surgery can not be widely accepted because of the high cost.Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion not only have advantages of anti-allergic,anti-inflammatory,promoting blood circulation,improving the abilities of body defense,but also have the characteristic of safe,easy,exact effects,less side effects.Acupuncture some points is aimed at replenishing the spleen and stomach,enhancing lungs,clearing nose,ease symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.The study was designed to observe the clinical efficacy combining Strengthening earth to generate metal with acupuncture on Allergic rhinitis,and explore the influence of the strength of the spleen and stomach on the disease and its mechanism.In the end,it will provide more effective treatment for the clinical treatment,rich the oretical understanding,and contribute to offer some theoretical basis for experimental research.MethodsBased on diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,60 Patients were selected from the in-patient departments of acunpture and ENT during the time from June,2016 to March,2017.in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control groups.The treatment group were 30 cases,acupuncturing mainly the acupoints of the nose,Pishu(BL 20),Weishu(BL 21)and Zusanli(ST 36).While the control group were 30 cases,treated with acupuncturing the acupoints of the nose,Lieque(LU 7),Feishu(BL 13),combined with symptomatic selection.Besides the patients were treated 3 times a week,and 10 times is a course,at last,the total treatment need 3 courses.Based on observing the total score of nasal symptoms,the total score of nassl signs,the total score of life quality of patients with allergic rhinitis,the effect of treatment and the total score of nasal symptoms and signs were evaluated after 3 courses.While the total score of life quality of the total score of life quality of were evaluated during One month follow-up after treatment.The the recording scores were analysed by SPSS17.0 in order to the results and conclusion.Results1.Treatment group were cured 6,effective 20,ineffective 4,the total effective rate was 86.7%;Control group were cured 2,effective 15,ineffective 13,the total effective rate was 56.7%.In result,the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group by statistical analysis.2.Comparison the total score of nasal symptoms and signs of two groups before and after treatment,both groups have efficacy;in additon,the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group by statistical analysis.3.Comparison the total score of life quality of two groups before and after treatment,both groups have efficacy;the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group by statistical analysis.Conclusion1.After treatment,the total score of nasal symptoms and signs of two groups were improved before treatment,besides the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the nasal symptoms and signs.2.During One month follow-up after treatment,the total score of nasal symptoms and signs of two groups were improved before treatment,besides the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the life quality of the total score of life quality of.3.In summary,it was significant that pernnial allergic rhinitis were treatmented by combining Strengthening earth to generate metal with acupuncture,such as nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose.At the same time,and it was observed obvious adverse reactions.At the same time,it improved the life quality of patients effectively and stably,but this study still need to be improved further.
