The Clinical Research To The Effect Of The Backing Up Earth To Generate Metal On Clinical Symptoms And Sign With COPD Patients In Stable Condition

Objective:The aim of the study was to assess the effect of the backingup earth to generate metal on clinical symptoms and sign with COPDpatients in stable condition.Method: 57 patients with moderate or serious COPD were randomly assignedto the treating group or to the control group. The treating group wastreated with the backing up earth to generate metal combined withslow-release aminophylline, and the control group was treated only withAminophylline. The course was three month. The clinical symptoms and signof two groups were observed and compared.Result: The management of backing up earth to generate metal could improvethe clinical symptoms and sign of COPD patients.The Clinical Research to the effect of the backing up earth togenerate metal on clinical symptoms and sign with COPD patients in stablecondition. As a result, the clinical symptoms and sign of the treatinggroup have significant difference after three-month treatment comparedwith the control group(p＜0.01 or p＜0.05) which showed the managementof the treating group was better than the control group. The clinicalsymptoms and sign of the treating group have significant difference(p＜0.01 or p＜0.05) after three-month treatment compared with thepre-treatment which showed the management of the treating group could improve the clinical symptoms and sign of COPD patients in stablecondition. The clinical symptoms and sign of the control group, except forcough, expectoration, dyspnes and moist tale, have not significantdifference(p＞0.05) after three-month treatment compared with thepre-treatment which showed the management of the control group only couldimprove some of the clinical symptoms and sign of COPD patients in stablecondition.Conclusion: The Clinical Research showed that the management of backingup earth to generate metal could improve the clinical symptoms and signof COPD patients. The management of backing up earth to generate metalwas better than the management of the control group in improving somedeficiency symptoms of lung and spleen like expectoration, tending tocatch a cold, have no appetite, fatigue, abdominal distention,spontaneous sweating, hypodynamia.
